After the debacle in Portugal, expect a clear out at LFC in the Summer. Dudek, Pennant, Bellamy and Fowler will all be shown the door and Rafa will aslo look to offload Crouch and Riise. However, the big rumours I have from my sources in Spain is that both Xabi Alonso and Luis Garcia will be returning to Spain in the Summer, both players'protection periods end in June and Real are especially keen to land Alonso so will pay off the remainder of his contract. Rafa knows this and this is why Mascherano has been brought in. Garcia will join Athletico. Real are working feverishly behind the scens to secure the services of another LFC man, unfortunatley for the reds, this is Rafa himself. Expect a caretaker to be put in place at the bernabeau until the end of the season, and Mark my words, if this happens Benitez will be in charge at Real next season.

Liverpool are in discussions to sign David Villa, Jonathan Woodgate and Daniel Alves in the Summer. Liverpool are looking to pay for Valencia's David Villa in instalments to a total of £22m with an initial lump sum of £14m - equal to the record transfer of Djibril Cisse. The payments of Jonathan Woodgate (Eng) and Daniel Alves (Bra) are to be £7, 500,000 and £12, 870,000 respectively if the deals can be agreed.
To all those saying that Liverpool are going to sign Dani Alves in the summer - you are wrong. He signed a new contract with Sevilla in the last 6 months, the contract has a £40m release clause. Rafa won't pay anything more than the £10. 6m Sevilla demanded in the summer last year - which we couldn't afford. If Sevilla demand anything over £15m then expect Rafa to turn his attentions to Micah Richards for £15m cash and Sami Hyypia.
No real rumours to report. But as an avid reader of this site, I would prefer people stick to rumours and not use the site to snipe at each others teams. There are plenty of site where people can sound off about the merits of their club. Keep this site for rumours - its a lot more fun!

Sometimes it's clear when someone is creating an incendiary rumour that hits out at a certain club. AS FAR AS THE GUY WHO TYPES In ALL CAPS IS CONCERNED it is obvious that he is only trying to anger LFC fans with his rant. As far as how silly I feel about Rafa finally having some money to spend, I feel great. Why? Because as has been said by Rafa himself, the new owners, and LFC supporters (who aren't playing big league manager), we are unanimous. THE TARGETS HAVEN'T CHANGED. WE JUST FINALLY HAVE THE MONEY TO BUY THEM. This is a completely different strategy than other teams where the owner himself is making managerial decisions to sign "trophy" players as if they were trading cards. LFC have targetted Alves, Simao, Klose, Ayala, Villa, etc etc etc. We all know the names. Until now we haven't been able to pay salaries comensurate with ability nor the transfer to lure them away from their clubs. Now we do. But the greatest thing we have going for us is that once the players get here, they never want to leave. They see that the team is an amazingly cohesive group. They see that the families are welcomed into the community. They see that Liverpool, despite it's undeserved reputation, is a wonderfully beautiful, artistic, and eclectic city. And they see that LFC is on the way up. So to THE ALL CAPS GUY; I find it crystal clear. The truth is you're scared of what LFC will do to you now that they have a workable budget. For too long LFC has been unable to keep up with the spending of the other top teams and now you all know that with a level playing field, you are in trouble. Gerrard said YESTERDAY he isn'nt leaving and Alonso said 3 DAYS AGO that he wanted to stay at LFC. You are just trying to anger people because you're a frightened wimp who knows his time is near. Liverpool have earned the right to spend a few quid here and there. We've been winning trophies for a long long time.
I work for Glazer's accounting consultants. They we're rumours about the Glazer's are borrowing huge amount of funds for the business. Sad to say it's true but the 200 mil is not true it is less. That amount of funds will be used in their other business. The goodrumours are there will be two big singings this summer and one next January window. There will be also couple that are leaving. The names are not in the draft we are only cc about the money invlove in the deal. The proposed amount for signings are 32 mil and their will be 9 mil that will be coming from the players that will leave. I personally saw the proposed draft of Man Utd management in Manchester, we we're cc a copy of the papers here in Tampa, Florida. Hope it will be a good signings and for the huge amount that the family will be borrow it's a big ? to where it will be used. hope it's for the best interest of the club.

Dani Alves will finally arrive, price has not been agreed yet approx £16 million, he will definitely arrive in the summer. He is going to be the best right back in Europe.
Xabi will stay even though Madrid are interested in him.
Belamy will leave to Man City for £4 million.
He will be replaced by Huntelelaar for £16 million pounds.
So the new owners will only spend around £30 million which is not too much.
If P Reina makes any more mistakes Rafa will get rid of him and bring in a new Kepper also.
Liverpool will sign Darren Bent at a cut price from Charlton if they get relegated from the premiership. Bent has been a target ever since Benitez has taken charge and now with it looking almost certain that Charlton will be relegated, Benitez could make his move and bring the higly rated striker to Liverpool
Glen Roeder has told the Newcastle board that he wants to sign either Dean Ashton or Peter Crouch in the summer and the board are behind him in signing one of the named English internationals for around the £12 million mark.
Roeder will sign one.

GOOONERRUMOURS Marseille have accepted Arsenal's bid for Franck Ribery and he will sign on 1/ 6/ 07. The only other big name signing will be either Igor Akinfeev (cska moscow) or Scott Carson (Liverpool) . AW will then spend the rest of his transfer budget on youngsters. Expect the signings of Javier Patino, Morgan Schneiderlin, Razak Boukari and possibley Nuri Sahin.

Freddy Adu will never move to Celtic due to the weather, lack of "big matches" and it would be a decision which would surely ruin his career. Newcastle United will sign Curtis Davies and maked a bid for Gareth Barry if Villa fail to gain any type of European football for the upcoming season. Sadly Emre will depart. His ideal destination would Byern Munich because of champions league football and due to his family living there. Also Bramble will not get his contract renewed. Which only means Newcastle will have a strong team next season.
