Oldham will snap up Manchester United youngsters Oliver Norwood and Ryan Tunnicliff on season long loan deals for the start of next season. St mirren Striker Craig Dargo will join 1st of july on a 2 year deal along with Abdessalam Benjelloun who has impressed boss Paul Dickov while training with the club. Nonsense, Ipswich's chief executive has repeatedly reiterated that they DO NOT need to sell Wickham, who wants to stay and get them into the Premier League. Simon Clegg and Paul Jewell have also said there will be a budget to spend next season, otherwise PJ wouldn't have agreed to become manager. Ipswich have tried to sign players over the past year, but mostly on loan or not arriving at all, hence low spending figures. As with all Championship clubs, bar QPR, Ipswich do not have a bottomless pit of money and run at a loss.

Met Moyes brother last night at a horse racing quiz. He told me the latest on the club and C.Adam.
Apparently Everton are expecting a bit of investment over the summer. It means that the debts will be eased which should free up a bit of cash.
He said the likes of Heitenga, Yobo, Yakubu, Anichebe, Billy and Vaughan will be sold on top of Rodwell (£15m) to make the club £30m. On top of the investment the club will have nearly the same amount to spend.
He said moyes wants Rodallega, Donovan, D.Jennings, Moussi, Andy King, Wes Brown and Matt Upson. Moyes also monitoring Rob Green and Elmander who are both out of contract at the end of the season.
Will be a busy summer. Oh and C.Adam is off to Analfield 100%

Went to schooll with Shane Long and know people at his first club (ST Kevins). Liverpool are interested in the summer but he is worried bout lack of first team opportunities, there is interest from Birmingham and West Ham, but is likely to join Wolves if they stay up

Ipswich do not have £1million to spend on Charlton's BWP as they have announced substantial losses due to Roy Keanes pointless spending. Not a ridiculous claim by the author as Ipswich did not offer £2million up front. In fact it was less than £1million and they lost out to Burnley based on this and personal terms.
