LEEDS FANS

IN THE KNOW ABOUT YOUR NEXT MANAGER

I have a contact who works inside and he understands that ALAN SMITH is the next manager for Leeds and he will start after the Charlton game.

100% nailed on {Ed034's Note - if it's anything like your previous '100% nailed on' tips, I won't be rushing to put any money on that thanks

What alan smith?

02 Apr 2013 10:39:11
He is playing for mkdons

Well, Warnock has gone, so someone must be taking over! Typical bad luck for Charlton as the Leeds team will be out to impress the new manager - whoever he is - on Saturday.

What like the leeds team did whe Colin got in charge and we drew 0-0 to pompey

Neil Warnock will be director of football at BRISTOL CITY in the coming weeks,

Ha ha. that's funny! Neil warnock does not know what the word means

Warnock despises Bristol city so why would he even go to us

Why would we want him, and what could he do for us?

Can you see Warnock working with anyone let alone a man as single minded as SOD.

Thsi post was from April 1st and I think that says it all.

Leicester to fire Nigel Pearson and replace him with Roy Keane

Talk about out of the frying pan into the
fire. If he is the only alternative keep
Pearson
from
sunderland fan

No Martin O'Neill retum

Heaven help us! If Nigel is leaving I suppose the usual suspects will be lined up eg Kean, McLaren, Hughes, etc All available because they are failures. Think hard City before making another mistake. It is too much to hope that Martin will come back but there must be someone out there who, given a cheque book can organise one or two wins!

He is going to leeds

03 Apr 2013 11:32:23
if oneill goes to leeds, he'll no longer be a legend in my eyes

01 Apr 2013 20:22:34
mark hughes taking over at leeds at end of season due to warnock claiming he wants to leave # Ot in the building

Warnock sacked as Leeds manager {Ed034's Note - I think he walked before being pushed

Paul Tisdale is set to quit Exeter City this summer as he feels he has taken the club as far as he can and the abuse he has been recieving from the Exeter fans has made his mind up further to leave the club in the summer

Itis expected that he will be replaced from within the club. Rob Edwards is the favorite to take over.

Point him in our direction. And in fact you could have Chris Wilder to replace him. I will even offer to drive him to Exeter - free.

Robbie Blake to sign for Preston North End Simon Grayson see's the 37 year old veteran as the sort of player to create chance's for his miss firing strikers and will add experience to his squad.

01 Apr 2013 19:43:18
As none of our current strikers could hit a barn door Blake may be the answer. Big clear out needed at the end of the season to make way for a couple of players who can net 15 to 20 goals each.

Heard a rumour he was watching at crewe today.

You don't want Blake, all he's done for the last three years is get splinters in his backside at Bolton and Doncaster. Waste of resources these days.

With respect to his age Robbie is now thinking more on the lines of coaching and retiring from his playing days.

IF Robbie is thinking of retirement. then PNE is the perfect place.

Clubs can't sign anybody now unless its a goalie for cover.

Window shut last thursday,

Swansea this summer are hoping to recruit 6 new players if no one leaves. 4 of those players come from Spain and they are Alberto Botia, Joan Verdu, Jose Canas and Patrick Ebert. They always want to sign Manhester City striker John Guidetti and Brightons Leonardo Ulloa should they fail to make the premier league. These names are from a source very close to the club and 100% true!

Ulloa won't go to Wales he signed a four year deal with brighton in january

We probably need another striker other than Guidetti I think Le Fondre

Why would they want ulloa - when he has only been at brighton 5 mins and not really proven yet. just because he is doing well at the mo dosent mean that a prem club will be wanting him. post something with real truth behind it.

Get guidetti *_*

Isn't Ebert the subject of a tapping up spat between Athletico Madrid and R. Sociedad?

Derby County want Chris Humphrey in the Summer. A move closer to the Midlands, would be ideal for the Jamaican International.

Used to play against him as a yioungster. he's faster than usain bolt

02 Apr 2013 16:42:45

Oxford defender Michael Duberry is to join Barnet at the end of the season on a one year deal.

Absolute Joke! Duberry wouldn't move to Underhill. If he was to anything at the end of this season, it would be to announce his retirement from the game.

03 Apr 2013 15:01:20
as a coach maybe

04 Apr 2013 13:26:16
Barnet aren't at Underhill next season.

I just heard that the Palace manager is being ear marked for the job at Leeds, should all go through by next weekend.

You say this and you don't even know his name and why would he become leeds manager when palace are flying it.

Palace will sack Ollie if they lose the play offs. well that's what the fans were saying as they left Bloomfield Road this afternoon!

Wayne bridge is wanted by Cardiff and as brighton can not afford bridges wage next year, he looks like he wants to move up to the prem with cardiff

Bridge says he loves it at brighton and a he is settling very well down here {Ed034's Note - well he isn't going to say its a dump and he hates it lol

Not good enough for prem

Perhaps we should ask him after the Playoffs? Brighton to go up with Cardiff and Hull.

He's on 90k a week at Man City, There's not many teams who would pay that next year so he'll have to take a pay cut where ever he goes. As an Albion fan I'd be surprised if he's with us next year.

He did say that he would drop his wages to play football and he is a lot more level headed now so might take a drop in wages but not under 30, 00 a week. so teams will have to dig deep.

Rumour doing the rounds that if we don't go up (Burton) Gary Rowett will be poached by Oxford (their chairman is waiting to see how our season pans out). Done a great job. Not much about this elsewhere but source is pretty decent.

Gary Rowett has done an excellent job and if we don't get promoted this season I am sure he will stay and fight for it next season. He has a Chairman who backs him and players in Kee, Zola, Weir, Paterson, Tomlinson, Diamond and Bell who all want to play for him - no chance is he going to Oxford.

If he's got any sense, he'd never join us (oufc) atm. The whole club is on a downer and negative. Seems to have a done a very good job there.
the only thing that may tempt him here is if we was challenging top 3 with a brilliant home record like you have, we'd be getting 8k, instead of 2-3k (not entirely sure what crowds you get)
i know crowds don't win you anything, but it is an attraction to players/management i'd have thought

As a regular at the Pirelli, I can't see what more the Brewers can do to improve attendances. They're playing great football and offer one of the best value money home experiences in the football league. Come on Brewers fans, I know you're out there, we don't hold the record for best away following at Old Trafford for nothing; get down to the ground and support your team

I hope you have took the number off who went who support utd or part time burton fans who support derby

Papa Bouba Diop set to return to Portsmouth FC and sign a contract in July, Senegalese footballer is a free agent.

I've heard something about him coming back that would be a good signing for Pompey

Is this actually true or is this someone making up rubbish and putting it on this site

Pompey players will be on buttons next year, Diop would still be looking for a big wage.

April Fools joke surely. Don't want that injury-prone clogger back thanks.

Michael Ingham will be a surprise transfer listed member of the current playing squad with Aaron Jameson signing permanently from Sheff Wed.
