Barca rumours

Robben coming for 20mil. Eto'o leaving for Arsenal, Ronaldinho 40mil to Milan, Alves coming for 16mil, Cech and Terry for 35mil

To the bloke pretending to be 'Josetxo from Spain'. Players in Spain can't play in England? Where did you pull that one from? How about the likes of Xabi Alonso, Cesc Fabregas or Jose Reina? Admittedly there have been players who have struggled, Jose Antonio Reyes the most notable flop in the Premiership, but that happens with any nationality. Arsenal are showing serious interest in signing Julio Baptista permanently, but the £13. 6m figure being quoted is far too much and Real Madrid can expect a haggle war with the Gunners. Reyes, who will be ditched by Real after his season long loan expires, will be involved in a straight swap deal with Sevilla's Jesus Navas who is supposedly interested in a move to Emirates stadium. Apart from Navas and Baptista, Arsenal will also be the surprise winners of the race to sign Micah Richards from Manchester City. Richards will hand in a transfer request whether City survive relegation or not and Arsenal will be able to negotiate with the player should they meet City's £12m asking price. Freddie Ljungberg will leave Arsenal in the summer, although I really wish I'm wrong, with Roma surprise interested parties. Phillipe Senderos will be allowed to leave as well.

Bolton rumours: Big Sam to spend big in the summer. He will make a move for Palace midfielder Tom Soares, Tottenham striker Mido, Man Utd defender Wes Brown and West Ham playmaker Yossi Benayoun.

NUFC

This is a bit of speculation of course, but you'd have to admit Newcastle would be pretty happy with this as an outcome of the summer. Possibly Oneywu if a Woodgate re-signing proves to be a difficult task, and Bridge will come without any look at Bale beause this problem possition needs to be fixed now, and Bridge is the man to do it, same goes with Neil at rightback, it would be nice to see Gilbert from Arsenal, but the Newcastle defense needs a revamp with immediate affect after the horrible performance v AZ. Babel will come, and will see a good amount of playing Time because of the injury curse that's seems to hang over Newcastle (possibly the training ground, they did change the pitch) . In any event, I'm sure they will be active, and they will probably have to defend their first cup in many years, the Intertoto.

Gretna/ Leicester City Rumours.

Had it confirmed by a colleague today that Rab Douglas has already agreed to join Gretna FC. I belive that he will be signing for them regardless of whether they are promoted to the SPL or not.

I had Information last week that Todorov would be signed before the QPR game but it now looks as though he will be signing this week coming, probably Tuesday or Wednesday.

For all those satating that Hughes will be leaving Leicester, not the case. He is well thought of by the management team and has impressed MM too.

Also, don't expect Fryatt to be sold. He is another that RK thinks a lot of. Injury has curtailed Fryatt this season but is still in LCFC plans.

Cheers

Man United Transfers:

SAF will not look as far as many people suggest with suggestions as far of as Diarra (Real Madrid), Adriano (Inter), De Rossi (Roma) etc. Many of these transfers would be impossible. However, SAF will look at more of an English/ British scene at OT next season as is desired by AIG. Main transfers will be:

Owen Hargreaves (Bayern Munich), £15m

Joe Cole (Chelsea), £18m

Gareth Bale (Southampton), £10m + loan return

+

a striker (Torres (£26m), Huntelaar (£12m), Owen (£15m), Defoe (£15m), Bent (£6m [if relegated])

Possible costs: £69m

£58m

£55m

£49m

Any of these costs would be able to be met with the granted £25m (+ £25m) for this year + left over funds from last year's window + sale of RVN, Obi Mikel, Howard etc. There may also be the possibility of Silvestre (Lyon), Smith (Portsmouth), Fletcher (Rangers) leaving in the summer. Heinze and Ronaldo will certainly be staying.

I have heard that Lampard, Klose, and Pizzaro might go to Juventus.

Also, Pepe and Deco to Chelsea.

Babel and Ribery to Arsenal.

Nani and Hargreaves to Man Utd

Robben to Bayern

Alves and Quaresma to Liverpool

Expect some 70% of these to come true!

Leicester City Rumours.

Had it confrimed today from a usually reliable source that after the defeat to QPR on Saturday that Rob Kelly's days as manager are numbered. He will probably be off within the month. Names being linked at this Time are Mike Newell, Harry Redknapp and Bryan Robson. Most likely to be Harry Redknapp due to the Mandaric connection and the fact that he allegedly doesn't get on with the new Pompey owner, but very early days.

Will keep you posted as things materialise.

Cheers
