Kevin Davies will sign for West Ham in the summer to link up with old boss Sam Allardyce if they are promoted. Davies wants to play premierleague football. This is also if Bolton are relegated to the championship in which they would look to replace him with Emile Heskey or Nicola Zigic(12)(15)I think the stumbling block would be 'premier league football'

Derby County are one of a number of clubs to be looking at Manchester United full back Fabio on loan after Sir Alex Ferguson has said he would like to send the youngster out on loan.(5)(15)Yeah sure an international brazilian would go to derby county in the championship-get realAnd I only thought it was the Leicester lot who had fantastic imaginations.
Stupid derby fan

{Ed022's note - brand new player profile on Edinson Cavani. In my opinion, this will be the transfer saga of the summer and the talk of all media outlets. www.player-profiles.co.uk - Also, for you that don't know, we Eds have been running a new player profile website which is based on profiling the players linked with clubs from all over Europe. The description is on the homepage if you all want to check it out. Thanks all.}(2)(7)Ed, biggest transfer saga of the summer will come down to hazard, balotelli or jordan rhodes at huddersfield. only 10 clubs could probably afford. shame on you ed, if it is really you that is

wba are ready to sign robert snodgrass from leeds in the summer.(17)(25)They can wishYou're only Leeds mate , get a grip. They're an established prem club now so why not? That would be a good move for all concerned, I've admired the player for a while he's one that could play at a higher level. Leeds are not flush with cash and could do with some rebuilding under new manager Whiner Warnock.Bit bored of people saying Leeds are strapped for cash? Last time I checked our club made money in the financial year unlike most 92 clubs in the football league. We not poor, captain Birdseye is just tight! Its not a case of "we are only Leeds"...the fact is simple, Snodgrass is qulaity and will go to play for a club which is better than West brom.I never said they were strapped for cash I said they are not flush, there is a difference and it is true!Snodgrass is gonna signa new contract near the end of his current one soo all you scum teams can kepp off just cause where the only team that can produce TALENT unlike ther teams

Lee Hughes to retire from football at end of the season, coaching role at West Brom has been offered to him.(3)(24)Is that after he gets let out again?" i heard southampton will buy good players soon(21)(12)I heard Portsmouth will be relegated soonThanks for the big insightI heard most teams in the football league will buy players they deem to be good soon.I herd saints will need 10 players nx season, very few prem standard

15 Apr 2012 14:48:33
fabio da silva will go out on loan next season to wigan(6)(19)He'll be linked with every man and his dog now. He wont be going to Championship Wigan though! He'd be better taking a loan in the prem like villa, not a team in the championshipWhy would he be better going to Villa than Wigan? Two similar clubs just keeping their heads above water in the relegation battle. In fact SAF is more likely to let him go to Wigan after Tom Cleverley had a good spell there but rumours are that he'll join Stoke City in a deal taking another player there believed to be ParkWigan will still be premier league for the forseeable future so Fabio would be joining a premier league club.

Reading have signed a pre-agreement for Huddersfield striker Jordan Rhodes. This move is apparently dependant on Hudds not getting promoted.

No idea of the fee as Reading like to keep things close to their chest but Nicky Hammond has been working on this move for some months.

Reading centre back Sean Morrison has had a very successful second loan at Huddersfield and will go in the other direction as part of the deal.(14)(14)RubbishWas waiting for a post saying that, every time Rhodes is linked with anyone there someone saying its rubbish, do Huddersfield fans really have there head so far up where the sun dont shine?CAFC fan- I dont think he is ready for a move, he would be best off staying put for two more seasons.Normal thinking TOWN fans know we cant keep hold of JORDAN forever..! but all this "signed a pre-agreement" stuff is RUBBISH, even if reading get to the PREMIERSHIP, as other deals are on offer from BIGGER clubs. AGIm a hudds fan and i think this MIGHT happen IF town dont go up, also rate morrison would like to see him at town full time? but defo no pre contract agreement been done! JR doesnt operate like that and its not asif hes in a rush to find a team isit?
congrats on promotion aswell!Total rubbish - Why would Huddersfield agree to pre-contract deal for Rhodes, there are at least 4 Prem clubs who have indicated their interest and there will likely be an auction on fee.

Salif Diao - ? - Free Agent(10)(21)Can you tell me where you get your weed, must be some st if it takes you that far from reality ! REAL FOOTBALLERS DO NOT GO TO STOKE CITY.At least 5 new players plus who ever he's looking at in spain. sounds like a load of bcks to me.Bringing in 4 new wingers, plus the 2 they already have plus jerome and walters who have been playing there, brings stoke to have 8 wide men, seem unlikely, and also is unlikely they will let 2 CB's leave without bringing in any cover.Who is niko transfer?Only shawcross left at centre back sorting times at Stoke. According to this. Why bother posting replies from these morons who say...........Stoke won't sign him he's a footballer etc. No co-incidence that most can't spell or punctuateTo rightRory Delap coaching role! WTF! The only thing he'd teach is how to throw a long ball

15 Apr 2012 13:20:19
looks grim for Argyle as Confernce Football is almost upon them,Fletcher will go and Byrne is being primed for Manager in the Blue Star so so sad(1)(20)They only need a win to stay up 3 games to goThey play Oxford on Saturday and I hope we can get 3 points - we need them. But Plymouth are to good to go down and would not want them out of the league. So good luck to all at ArgylObviously a Exeter fan just can't bear the thought of been relegated unlucky haha see you next season COYGI,ll give u 100/1 all welcome more chance WOLVES Staying UP THAN ARGYLE downArgyle could theoretically go down but is it likely? No

15 Apr 2012 13:17:42
Leeds United
IN- Theo Robinson - Derby
Beckford - Leicster
Jack Bullman - Oxford
Matt Mills - Leicster
O'Dea - Celtic
Out - Paul Connoly
Nunez
Paynter
Rachubka
Zac Thompson
Danny Pugh(11)(23)You really think ur gonna get Mills? he could of joined you on loan in Jan and didnt want to which says it all. Also leicester want theo robinson and seeing as they have a lot more money and a better team i think you will find you wont get him so keep dreaming!

LeicesterLadAll that Money? yes better team? Possible how come you've only got 2 more points than us?Hope not, dont think that team if added to the first team would gain us promotionIts still 2 point! Leeds are carp they have 2 good players! If you seriously think that your better of even as good then you well deluded

LeicesterLadStill 2 points and higher in the table and itl b atleast 5 by the endLeicester are deadful that why we beat them at the king power earlier in the season, plus you spent over 15 million last summer and we've spent 100k, Leeds and Pround! MOT"leicester are deadfull" & "leeds and pround" LMAO great spelling there m8! We have underperfomed this year and were still better than you..FACT! you have only just won your first home game under warnock, thats shocking! Besides we have done the double over southampton this year done that make them "deadfull"? i think not! Numpty

LeicesterLadLeicesterLad, calm down! I'm sure your team are great! It is a rumour website, watch the blood pressure!Well done m8! I know its a rumour website! But theres a difference between posting genuine rumours and complete tosh after 10 pints down the pub! Too many ppl on ere make stuff up that has absolutely no truth behind it

LeicesterLadTHEO ROBINSON & JERMAINE BECKFORD up front for LEEDS next season.? Both need about 20 shots at goal to score ONCE. I really hope this happens. AGLeicesterLad,

you have just abused someone else for making spelling mistakes, then you state "Southampton this year done that make them".... FAIL? Furthermore we do not know who will have a better team until next year as Leeds United are in the middle of a squad overhaul with a turnover of around 9 players in and out of the club. Moreover, we have been down to ten men for 5 out of the last 6 games and playing reserve players so NW can have a look at them in the process. With all of that you are only 2 points ahead after spending 15 million? You have shown that money can't buy promotion and I don't think you will be anywhere near promotion next season either.

15 Apr 2012 13:12:16
wolves have agreed to sell

jarvis to villa for 9m

fletcher to sunderland for 12m

doyle to reading for 6m

Hennessy to spurs for 8m

Jacob Butterfield and Jordan Rhodes are top of their list to replace the players going out. {Ed025's Note - thats a lot of money for some average players..(5)(32)Dont forget stephen hunt to barcelona for 43 millionI take it these figure are in Rupees?Someone,s bin on the brobat by sound of this post.I doubt reading will pay more for doyle than they sold him for, he's hardly improved since he went to wolves.10 Million Tops for the lot and that's being generous, and beside Villa might go down yet, with that plank of a manger they haveFletcher would score for anyone with good service, will be sad to see him goDoes Jarvis just love being relegated or something..?Wolves will be offloading that is for sure especially some of the bigger earners, everyone knows they will have to sell so I can't see them getting top dollar for anyone.I know someone at Wolves who passed on the following

Hennessey is interesting Arsenal and has been for some time but no bid
Jarvis will almost certainly join Stoke
Lots of interest in Fletcher and Doyle but nothing concrete so no done deals and price tags etcWhere did villa get 9m fromVilla aren't going down! Jesus Christ, lay off McLeish a bit, after all if you consider all the injuries we've had and the lack of spending which has been offered to him. He's made a profit of 20m since he's been here and due to the injuries we've had we were forced to play 7 players who have come through ranks at Villa out of the starting 11Calm down Villa it might not happen! Can't confirm but I was told that Arsenal are serious about Hennessey, apparently Wenger is a fan and some sort of deal was struck when Frimpong joined on loan although this may be something like a first refusal. Jarvis is Stoke bound for 6.5m and the most we will get for Doyle is 5m and even that is unlikely, Fletcher is a realistic sale but think it will be more like 9m or 10m than 12mFletcher 3.5 if that 12 is a joke F.T.M.

15 Apr 2012 12:33:38
millwall will sign josh wright on 2 year deal and offer maik taylor a 6 month contract within next week or two. also jackett will ask spurs for harry kane on loan again and his other target which will he will have to fight off competition for is paul taylor from peterborough £1m bid expected before july(4)(6)I think he is out of contract soon so Millwall may get him for less but, I can see competition for his signature!

15 Apr 2012 12:16:18
Trever Birch has stated on the pompey news fratton latest that there are two buyers interested in the club i'm a pompey fan so pay up pompey(5)(6)There's no latest news on any buyers actually. In fact there is talk that Fratton Park is about to be sold so the owner of the ground can recoup some of the dent owed to him! Possible groundshare linked to Bournemouth, but it's only a soundbite.

Relegation to League 1 will mean even less income coming into the club and that has put added doubt on another CVA being agreed. If they do find a new buyer then they must!!! not be allowed to keep overspending like they have done or they will be in admin before then end of next season again feel for the fans but they cant be allowed to keep doing this think of all the small businesses that they keep sending under

15 Apr 2012 11:11:35

15 Apr 2012 11:09:29
Southend are in talks with Gillingham defender Danny Jackman, Shrewsbury winger Lionel Ainsworth and Northampton midfielder John Johnson about moves to Roots Hall in the summer.(3)(7)Can't see the Shrews player signing on if Southend don't go up. If Southend don't go up they'll be more exits than newcomers. They've put more in to getting promoted this year than at any time in their history.I don't where you get your facts from because no way is this the most Southend have put into a team as they spent hundreds of thousands of pounds on players when they got promoted to the Championship and they have only spent 'nominal' fees on a couple of players! The point Southend couldn't hack it in the 2nd tier was precisely because there was no investment put in to add to the League 1 title winning squad.

15 Apr 2012 11:07:49
wigan are looking for a new striker for next season, they have identified lacina traore as the perfect target.(7)(10)Emile Heskey? would be right at home at
Wigan.

15 Apr 2012 10:55:33
Walsall striker/winger Alex Nicholls will be released by the Saddlers at the end of the season and join Hereford in the summer if Richard O'Kelly is still the manager O'Kelly was working as a coach at Walsall before accepting the Hereford job

Kidderminster harriers also linked with Nicholls and also Adam Chambers(5)(6)Rubbish. illv seen him play and hes to good for conferance. he`s about premier leage quality

15 Apr 2012 08:35:20
Reading have enquired about Matt Upson being brought back to the Madejski as cover if Reading are promoted back to the Premier League.

Reading have also been scouting Adam Hammill from Wolves as a possible addition.(24)(7)I doubt an established prem player would come to us to be coverI think they would as they're both past their best.Adam Hammill is past his best? hes only like 23 i thought? {Ed025's Note - he,s 24..Upson would be cover - Hammill would be more rotation between McAnuff and Kebe. Please please please take Adam Hammill off us, he's absolutely USELESS.

15 Apr 2012 07:39:53
Qpr are looking to build for the future whether

All heard from two reliable sources at Sky Sports and a mate of mine at the Britannia and mate of Tony Pulis.

WE ARE THE POTTERS THE RICK RORY POTTERS STAYING IN THE PREM WITH OUR NEW PLAYERS!!(13)(14)If you've got your sources then who has he gone over to Spain to look at?He's gone over to watch Roque Santa Cruz about an enquirey into signing him from Manchester for next season if you must know!! HAPPY NOW!!Park will never go to Stoke as he is a footballer not a thug.Like you have a clue where Park will go

Better a thug than a diving cheatWhy would any of these "footballers" want to join Stoke when Stoke play 90% of the game in the air? They should be looking at basketball playersStoke play 90% in the air do they thats why 5 or more teams r higher in the long ball game than us fact

14 Apr 2012 22:33:47
Now charlton have secured promotion to the championship Chris Powell is now starting to locate targets and some have already been publicly stated such as ;
Francois zoko from Carlisle even though I don't no why
Also Jamie vardy is on their list but will have to pay an extreme price for the player coming against the likes of Blackpool for him.
Aswell as seabourne from Southampton.
Kyle lafferty from rangers.
Matt mills from Leicester because he has become out of favour with Nigel Pearson.
Lastly hogan ephraim and Paul coutts from preston(7)(9)Matt mills yeah dream on mateNo way u will get coutts'mllls going no wherePreston are in deep financial trouble and will settle for around 300k for Coutts which is what we WILL offer, we were after him in the summer but we went with Stephens instead, THIS IS A FACT WE WILL SIGN COUTTS!You wont get coutts he is buying into the Westley way and enjoying life in prestonRe Coutts - Is that because Westley is such a top manager or that PNE are such a massive club? Get real fella he'll want to move on given the chance!

14 Apr 2012 21:24:09
wolves looking at craig bryson,in prep for championship football(8)(11)Who is Craig Bryson?

14 Apr 2012 21:16:23
luke varney, jason pearce, dave kitson all leaving the team, even if the team goes to league one(18)(2)Not if, but when.It will be a lot more players than that mate & it will be when you go down not if. You have some tough times still to go through.
As a Leeds fan I know how you feel right now and wish you good luck getting back in this league.
At least your club's still alive.Charlton Fan - Survival is the key, keep the faith and one day you’ll be back, hopefully soon. They will leave along with quite a few others but as long as the club survives and keeps it's promising youngsters who are currently on the edge of the first team, Pompey will be OK in Div 1 and will return to the Championship in a yer ot two.

14 Apr 2012 21:13:34
massamba sambou to sign portsmouth fc(3)(12)53 million in debt......freebies only I suspect.

14 Apr 2012 20:11:06
Ipswich town source says they're in for Goalkeeper 'Logan Bailly' from Borrussia Monchenglabach, although he's currently on loan at Genk. They're said to be offering £500.000, as they look for a potential no1.(11)(7)

14 Apr 2012 18:46:15
Dean Smith will be replaced as Walsall manager at the end of the season, even if the Saddlers stay up. With Smith being offered another position at the club.

Craig Short and Paul Peschisolido are rumoured to be linked with Walsall(4)(13)

14 Apr 2012 17:05:51
Already a done deal Tommy Lee to Sheffield United for a fee in region of £600,000. That,s from someone at the club.
Worrying though if (when) we go down I can see Shez keeping Fleming as his number one to save cash!(4)(13)

14 Apr 2012 15:47:34
Southampton Ins

Matt Jarvis - Wolves £5 mill
Thomas Ince - Blackpool £2.5 mill
Matt Upson - Stoke £600k
Jay Rodrigez - Burnley £5.5 mill
Ali Al-Habsi - Wigan £4.75 mill

Outs

David Connoly
Rhadi Jaidi
Danny Butterfield
Jonathan Forte
Ryan Dickson
Jason Puncheon
Danny Seabourne(10)(24)Not if you don't go up. Don't count those chickens just yet!Jarvis maybe although other clubs will want him. Ince maybe, although personally I'd prefer Matt Phillips. Upson, hopefully not, I'd prefer Tomkins or someone like that. Rodriguez yeah, maybe Hooper is another target? Al-Habsi, I'd rather have Mignolet or Hennessey.Jarvis - 6 Mill to stoke
Al Habsi won't leave north west
Upson is past it
Rodriguez going to a bigger club than southamptonLot of money to spend for a side in the championshipSo let me get this correct wolves with no debt are going to sell jarvis who has played for england in the last 12 months for 5,000,000. When there are plenty interested.Rodriguez for more than jarvis, prem proven, come on! plus i think wigan might stay up so why would al-hasbi move, mignolet dream on mate!!I wouldn't be that pleased with any of those signings, apart from Matt Jarvis. 5m would be a good price, his form since his England call up hasn't been great. I agree with the other post, I'd prefer Phillips from Blackpool over Ince. I'm not sure whi Saints are being linked with goalkeepers though? Davis has a good few years left in him yet and Bialkowski is a decent young cover. Saints will need a CB or 2 (not Upson) and some solid wide support for Lallana. 1 more striker would help too.
Let's be honest, we need to win our last 3 games and get into the Premier league before we start creating our imaginary shoping lists anyway!
Big result needed tomorrow night, and if Bristol City can win too, that would make my day! Pompy down and West Ham 6 points adrift!

If Southampton complete the loan capture of Thibaut Courtois they will return to make an ambitious move for Kevin De Bruyne for the season to replace departing Jason Puncheon. Chelsea are keen for De Bruyne to get Premier League experience before making his first appearance for them.

Thibaut Courtois is attracting interest from Real Madrid, so he's obviously not gonna go there(6)(19)If Saints do manage to reach the Premiership and i'm praying so hard that we do,judging by what we saw last night against Reading, and yes, I was there,so i'm not just an armchair spouter,we are going to have to have a massive spend on players capable of handling it. On last night's showing we don't have many who can make the step up.Our defence is slow to the point of embarrassment,
midfield needs a bit of pace and pep,and if
we'd had someone like Roberts up front alongside Ricky,oh well,we didn't.No good saying Saints til' I die, that scares me,been Saints since 1952,got a right to a little moan.

Middlesbrough, Ipswich, Nottingham Forest and Southampton are all set to offer Grant Leadbitter a deal when his contract at Portman Road expires. It seems Ipswich are paying lip service to the possibility of him staying here and the majority of the fans are expecting him to head to Boro.

Ipswich likely to look in the free agency markets for a central midfielder and keeper this off season with any transfer budget spent on the defence.

The most likely keepers heading to Portman Road are Joe Lewis or Ben Williams who are both out of contract with their clubs.(12)(5)Leadbitter is going to Middlesbrough

Just found this site- my brother is a lawyer working for sunderland's transfer office where logistical side of deals and negotiations take place.

Sunderland already have a number of offers on the table- Michael Kightly and Kevin Doyle from Wolves (combined £8m), Heskey on a free from Villa (contract is up soon and they are talking to his agent) and lastly Danny Rose from Spurs (£3m)(10)(41)Yes very reliable.I think you are talking your brother out of a job

PuzzledIs your brother imaginary like you rumour?Lawyers have nothing to do with contracts they represent you in court. I think you mean a solicator who would be checking small prints in contracts! way to make up a rumour and pass it off as real dumass.Just found this site? Brothers a lawyer at the club come on suggest next time you go. Im making this up these are the players I'd like us to sign and what I think they are worth.8 million for Doyle and Kightly? I think you find Kightly is out of contract end of the season so can move for freeSounds about right paying a lot of money for crap like every year
HThere are no lawyers in terms if football as people who deal with the players contracts are called agents
PHYScO!!! {Ed025's Note - actually they are called...parasites!!

West Brom are expected to sell last seasons star striker Peter odemwingie to fund west broms bid for fulham star andy Johnson. Super Roy H brought him for fulham back in 2008 and is a personal favourite of Roys. The deal expected to be about 6 million for him and selling odemwingie for about 7 million. Take note very reliable source!(7)(34)Yes, reading it on BBC sport is realiable :/

melwing28Is that the same Andy Johnson who's contract is up end of season? Don't think you source is that reliable. 6 million? Don't think so!Haha he's a free agent you person back to the drawing board, don't read to much into everything the Mirror tells youIf the Baggies are gonna pay a fee for someone out of contract then they deserve to get fleeced. Why would you pay 6 million for a player who is out of contract in the summer.(Fulham supporter)

Hope it will be a good game tonight 1vs2 fancy saints though with reading's midfield situation(11)(9)Im praying Leigertwood is back today, will be tough without him, haven't seen a great deal of Mullins but Brynjar is more than capable of filling in, our main threat is going to be from set pieces though, if you dont concede too many corners and dont give away silly free kick you will be fineWe're normally quite good at defending set pieces, hopefully we will get an early goal, we normally win when we doCome on Reading!I'm a Leeds fan and I hope Browns thuggish behaviour dosent have a barring on Reading going up,Ie losing one off your best midfielders. good luckSaints all the way but I hope bot teams get promoted.I would love a draw, just to apply more pressure to West Ham. They thought this league would be a walk in the park and have been found out. Will be a good game we both deserve promotion , I don't care about finishing second I just want promotion come on urzzzz

Swindon are interested in grimsby forward Liam Hearn to get the goals in league 1, looking at a bid of around 600,000 not 250,000 as said below(6)(10)Rubbish no way will we buy a conference player for 600k absolute garbage. That sounds realistic! What a load of tosh offer that and you could buy the full grimsby team lolCan you play football? Ipswich Ins
Brad Guzan - Aston Villa - Free Agent
Paul Taylor - Peterborough - £1 Million
Jason Pearce - Portsmouth - £500,000
Harry Maguire - Sheffield United - £800,000
Matt Lowton - Sheffield United - £1 Million
Matt Richie - Swindon Town - £700,000(4)(38)Ipswich all of a sudden have aload of money where from? no way will Ritchie leave unless it is near to the figure Paolo wants and 700k isnt the figure Ipswich need to get there calculator out of this rumour is true but i dont think it is but if it is they need to add another 100% on to the figure you have quoted we turned down 600k from Bournemouth in january and Paolo wants more if he goes. You will not get Pearce for 500k, he cost Pompey more than that and is club captain and almost certainly player of the season. Whilst it's true that the Administrator will accept lower bids than normal, it will take something more like 800k to get Pearce.Sheffield United will want more for Lowton and Maguire!I'm a town fans and all of these rumours are rubbish. Poster 1 we are bank rolled by Marcus Evans who made 100m profit this year and regulally allows transfer kitties of 4-5m a season which we always seem to throw away. Altough it is expected we are now tighting our belts with the new rulings coming in. Where have you been last few years?ITFC fan here the only one that may happen is Pearce should Pompey go down and I believe an offer in the region of 1 - 1.5m would be needed. Contract negioations broke down in Janaury with the player when combined offered for Ward and Pearce was accepted. Lowton has been scouted several times but looks to be staying with Sheff Utd. Other rumours are media hype.ITFC Fan, Brad Guzan would not be on a free, as he signed an extention to his contract until 2013, so we would have to pay a fee, I believe Guzan would like to move from Villa as his chances of first team games is deminishing, as Villa are looking else where in europe for another keeper to understudy Shay Given, so Ipswich would be a great opportunity for the regular No 1 slot he craves for, so come on Brad join the Tractor Boys, and you can coach Coddy Cropper our 2nd string American KeeperI highly doubt this considering Sheffield United turned down a 3.5 Million bid for Maguire in January from Newcastle. Also other Championship clubs have been looking to spend at least 2 Million for Lowton. Also what makes you think Harry n' Matt would want to go to Ipswich for?If you think you'd get the 2 sheffield united players for 1.8 million, then you need to wake up and get real.
And why would they leave the blades, who are going up, and are a much bigger club than ipswich.
Stop posting carp..

The planned takeover of Coventry City is close to collapse. The takeover was dependent on the Sky Blues remaining in the Championship.

With relegation all but certain, the bid from Hoffman and his consortium will be cancelled. This will leave Coventry facing administration and next season starting in League One on minus 10 points.

(6)

(0)

I thought you only got points deducted if you enter admin during a season? Ed is this the case or not? {Ed001's Note - no, you get a points deduction anyway.}

The takeover is not dependent on Championship survival. The investors (headed by Hoffman) are waiting to see where we are before making their decision. As you were, nothing to see here.

What a load of tosh , they are waiting to see if we go down , cus then the value of the club will drop even more .

-----------------------------------------------------

The club's value can't drop any more, it is worthless. In debt and running at a loss, with no stadium of its own.

The entire deal was dependent on Coventry staying in the Championship. But now Coventry are all but certain to be relegated, there will be another £4 million drop in revenue.

One of the consortium was shocked that some Coventry fans were boycotting the club in its hour of need. Irrespective of who the owners are, this wealthy individual was of the opinion that fans should support their club, not leave it in the lurch.

The consortium has collapsed. Hoffman may try and go it alone if the club enters administration, to try to prevent liquidation. But with no takeover imminent, the club will probably go into administration and start next season in League Two on minus 10 points.(8)(8)Sorry - meant to say "Start League One on minus 10 points" ;)Sounds very plausible. Cov in deep troubleDont u diss my club if u remember not long ago cov wear in the prem WE WILL B OK NEXT MAN CITY I SAY even if we do go down we will bild a team to go up to the prem sisu out rich person in watch this space
