Luton to sign Birmingham's Neil Danns and Newcastle's Paul Huntingdon on loan.

Last nights result will cause shock waves at Spurs. Berbatov has had his head turned by the lure of Champions League and the real chance of Silverware. Only winning the EUFA cup would have kept him at WHL.

Ledley King is desperate to prove his fitness so he can complete his move to Arsenal . He was on his way in January but the deal was scuppered by his injury.

Jol is getting more frustrated with Robinson who has problems with long shots - visual problem? Apparently the boy we signed from Sunderland, Alnwick will start next season as no 1 which will really upset Robbo.

Defoe wants to play more and his suffering in silence will get him the move he craves - Aston Villa are desperate for him and if West Ham stay up they will be in the frame.

When Berbatov goes Jol will reluctantly turn to Mido, but insiders believe this is an accident waiting to happen and he (Mido not Jol) won't last the Season.

The gloom around Chigwell is palpable, this was going to finally be the season when we took our place at the top table and its turned out to be yet another false dawn.

Jose the king will be staying, its all part of Abramovichs plan to make Mourinho want it more and let him know who is boss!

Jose will bring in Ben Haim, who he has been after for two seasons now, Miguel from Valencia, Sidwell will come on a free as of Essiens and Obi Mikels African nations duty next season. Simao will join also from Benfica. Sahar will be promoted to the first team. Crespo will come back from his loan at Inter.

He will be allowed to make one big purchase, expect David Villa in or Eto.

Departues include Ferriera, Geremi and Boularouz. Makalele won't be leaving because of the African Nations in the early new year!

MAN UTS 2007 squad

spend 60million re-coup 25million 25 man squad with plenty of pace, technical ability and tactical variety

I'm a Liverpool fan but anybody stating David Villa will leave for 25million is utter rubbish. For outright cash, they will not sell for less than 35million but if there was a player involved ie Garcia then the price would be a lot lower. Anyway, for the rest of the rumours, from what I know, Rafa will not sign Villa as it would prove to be too much of a risk due to the money. Deals with Alonso, Gerrard, Carragher will be sorted and this will prove to be expensive.

This is who Rafa will sign:

-Eto'o (25mil)

-C. Davies (8mil)

-R. Quaresma (15mil)

Those are the big 3 signings. There will be a lot of young players coming as well. Rafa wants a reserve revamp.

ETO'O is the clinical finisher we need

DAVIES is a young player who will not be first choice next season but Rafa feels that as Carragher ages competition needs to be ready.

QUARESMA is a right-footed left winger. Rafa feels he can adapt to the game and can play on both wings. It will also give him an option of having someone who can cuut in from the left-we don't have that at the moment

Out will go:

-Dudek (free)

-Fowler (free)

-Zenden (free)

-Garcia (5mil)

-Cisse (7mil)

-Pongolle (3mil)

-Le Tallec (1mil)

-Kewell (only if there is a bid of 5mil+)

-Bellamy (9mil)

Rafa is also keen to get nearly all of the current reserve players out on loan. The new young players coming in will be allowed to settle and then may go on loan.

You can't guess the team next season because of Rafa's rotation but here is his preferred squad:

GK: Reina Carson Padelli

LB: Riise Aurelio (Agger Carragher Arbeloa)

CB: Carragher Agger Hyppia Davies (Finnan)

RB: Finnan Arbeloa (Carragher)

LM: Quaresma Gonzalez Leto

CM: Gerrard Alonso Sissoko Mascherano

RM: Pennant (Gerrard Quaresma)

AM: -off striker (-Gerrard Quaresma Kuyt Eto'o)

ST: Eto'o Crouch Kuyt Voronin

Roeder to have a long look at Boulharouz, possibly on loan and of course the ever present rumour of Bridge. Boulharouz is able to play CH and RB which may fit the bill but Roeder will insist on two out and out fullbacks, Bridge and Bardsley possibly after impressing during this current season.

SPL Rumours

As a diehard Celt I hate to admit it but Scott Brown will be joing Rangers in the Summer and not the hoops. I played with him at Bowhill Boys Club in Cowdenbeath and he is a Gers man through and through. He's glad he stayed at Hibs for the rest of the season and hope's the Hibs fans understand his desire to play with his boyhood heroes. He wants to leave them with fond memories of him by leading them to victory in the Scottish Cup Final against Celtic to make it a fabulous cup double. (Hope that doesn't happen though!)

Djbril Ciise, currently out on loan at Marseille, could be heading to America it has been reported. MLS side Red Bull have declared an intrest in the French forward who signed from Auxerre for £14.7 million. =RMF=

Birmingham have targetted Jerzy Dudek - if they are promoted to the Premiership.

=v1=

NUFC

if West Ham are relegated Upson will join, so will Boulahrouz and younes kaboul, no strikers, but iv heard a strong link to florent sinamma Pongolle, in midfeild, in my opinion, will recruit only if anyone leaves, but I'm not sure about anything in midfeild,

other transfers

Cisse marseille

Ribery Arsenal

Nasri inter

muntari and appiah to roma

Woodgate Liverpool

ze Roberto AC Milan

David healy Fulham

Flamini Juventus, and Tevez is going ther too if West Ham are relegated

Darren Bent Arsenal

adebayor Barcelona

I think he meant Jon Parkin.

"To the guy who thinks parkin will be at Luton next season think again, he was loaned to stoke, with a view to a permenent move in the Summer for around 500k. "

Operation Premiership will take full effect at the Ricoh arena with Sky Blues boss Ian Dowie recieving between 10-12million pound transfer kitty war chest.

Hot on his list are Aston Villa playmakers Lee Hendrie and Patrick Berger. Dowie admires Jay de merit from Watford only if they are relegated.

Arsenal Bulletin

Senderos possibly moving to NUFC with Parker moving to AFC, with Adebyor still having not signed a new contract which is on offer to him by AFC may see him leave for AFC maybe for Spain . Then AFC may sign PSV Jefferson Fanfan with another AFC player moving to PSV as a replacement as AFC and Chelsea are both very interested in him but he will probaly move to AFC instead of Chelsea.

To the guy that says Naismith will go for 750K + add ons after the daylight robbery of Kris Boyd the club will demand full fee up front £1 million + should secure a deal.

Jim Jeffries looking at possible double signing of Doug Imrie and Craig Bryson from Clyde. Also supplement squad by promoting youth players.

Marseille midfielder Franck Ribery will make a surprise switch to Real Madrid in the Summer instead of joining Arsenal. According to the press over the past year, Ribery has done everything but sign the contract at Emirates stadium but I hear that Madrid are ready to launch a bid of £17m. Arsene Wenger doesn't like spending money, to the frustration of all Gunners fans like myself, and would be reluctant to go above £11. 75m for the France international. Nicklas Bendtner will return from his season long loan at Birmingham, but Arsenal will chase Werder Bremen striker Miroslav Klose and believe they could get their man for around £9.5m.

Roy Keane's top transfer target is actually Craig Bellamy when Sunderland reach the Premiership although he would love to sign Robbie Keane. Although he is likely to miss out on both, he has the funds. Keane will stay with Tottenham.

ARSENAL TRANSFER RUMOURS

Two from the following 4 keepers, Buffon (apparently a done deal…we’ll see). Sebastian Frey (6mil), Gregory Couper (8mil), Scott Carson (3mil) . Lehmann will return to Germany with Bayern to replace Kahn. Alumina (2mil) will head to Villarreal and Poom (1mil) will be offered to the highest bidder, with young vito coming through as third choice keeper.

After the drubbing Man United inflicted on Roma, Wenger will snap up Mexes (5mil) and Chivu (4mil) at a cheaper price, even though we face competition for Mexes from Man United themselves, as he wAS Roma’s only performer on the night. Expect Wenger to go for Woodgate (Reyes deal instead of Baptista) as well. This will spell the end of Eboue and Senderos thank god.

The most Surprising bid from the Gunners this season will not be for Robinho or Ribery but for Reno Gattuso (12mil) from Milan, Wenger see’s him as the missing cog in the gunner’s wheel. Although he will also complete the signing of Ribery (13mil) and Robinho (9mil), if the hammer’s get relegated expect a bid for reo-cocker (6mil) as backup to Gattuso.

The biggest deal in England in the Summer will be the signing of Eto’o from Barcelona for in and around £25 million. He will also snap up Tevez (8mil) if west-ham goes down, and expect a bid for Saviola (3mil) from Barcelona.

Joseph Early Millan to Liverpool. Next big thing in Chilian football. His brother Nicolas is also a huge talent but will not be allowed to leave Chile for another 3 years

LFC

Depsite what most people spout here, nothing is 'fact', 'agreed' or 'done deal' as some transfers are largely interdependent on others, similar to a housing chain.

That said there are negotiations underway at this time, which are:

Rafa is relentless in his pursuit of Dani Alves (he who had boarded the plane to Liverpool last Summer before the Sevilla pulled the plug) and will again attempt to tie this deal up (before the UEFA Cup Final) for £14m. The player himself said it would be a dream to play for the Reds, but a year on expect Barca to make a serious play for the Brazilian. Where will he go? This one is really 50-50.

The worst-kept secret in European football? David Villa to Liverpool - will he or won't he? Expect a Summer of soul-searching from the diminutive striker - he loves Valencia and desperately wanted to win the CL with them this year. But the lure of Rafa and Liverpool's repeated success in reaching the business end of the CL for the second time in three years, will eventually prove too strong. The price? Well as part of the Morientes deal, LFC will exercise the option built into Nando's transfer - first choice and for a guaranteed price - €25m. Despite rumours, Garcia is not going the other way as part of the deal, although this (next season) will be his last in the Premiership and he will eventually make his way to the Mestalla in Summer 2008.

Regardless of whether Rijkaard and Ronaldinho leave for Milan (with Kaka being Bernabeu-bound), Sammy Eto'o is privately resigned to leaving Barca this Summer and it is no secret he would prefer Liverpool. He almost signed once before when Rafa arrived before Barca snatched him. The only way this won't happen is (IF and it's a very big IF) Henry makes his way to Camp Nou.

So, Villa and Eto'o likely in, with Fowler and likely Bellamy out (Villa £7m) . Crouch may well also be out the door with Newcastle and Portsmouth prepared to pay upto £12m for the England striker's services. Rafa will bite their hand off. Crouch has so far vetoed one attempted transfer to Aston Villa in January. One surprise will be the return of Djibril Cisse, who will be given one final opportunity to resurrect his career - he will have to be content with the subs bench and the Carling Cup though - will be interesting to see if his ego can take it.

One CB in as cover, likely to be either Woodgate or Ledley King, Rafa preferring the cheaper option and will tie up a £6m deal with Real. With Carra at his peak and Agger proving what a class player he already is, there's no other requirements here.

Elsewhere, Gerrard, Alonso, Sissoko, and Reina to sign new deals. with Kewell (Spurs), Fowler (retire), Zenden (PSV) and some loaned out and reserve players also making way.

To the person who claimed Mata will be a Madrid reserve next year he has already signed a deal with Valencia. Part of the deal was that real will have first option on David Villa who they might go for depending on how much they can get for Raul and whether higuain settles in plus Liverpool and Chelseas bidding war might put them off. But they will also definitely buying Raul albiol for £10 million. RVN will be leaving for Bayern Munich for £8mill to be replaced by Zigic who will cost just £10 mill as real have a close relationship with racing through loans. Emerson will decide on whether to return to juve at the end of the season if he stays expect de la red to go on loan for a year as he is seen as a possible replacement depending on his form with regular first team action. Bayerns price tag has put Man United off Hargreaves and Ferguson is resigned to loosing C. Ronaldo to Madrid as the player will hand in a transfer request the day the season ends and then leave the country for int. duty. Ferguson will ask for £30 mill for Ronaldo but wants Diarra in exchange as well. schuster will replace capello. he is looking for a replacement for Zidane as he doesn't believe Guti is world class and will indeed look to Milan however not to Kaka but instead to Gourcuff who will cost just over £5 mill as well as this real will try to reunite Robinho with santos teammate diego as Werder would not be able to justify keeping him against his wishes he only cost £4 mill so they should get I'm for between £8 and 10 mill. Madrid have already signed Metzelder on a pre contract. their squad will be. casillas, cicinho/ Ramos/ Metzelder/ Torres with Cannavaro sometimes playing with Ramos instead of cicinho and Torres/ Marcelo rotating. albiol/ Gago with Emerson or de la red rotating. diego/ Robinho/ Ronaldo with Gourcuff rotating and higuan/ Zigic with Soldado rotating. also Gago higuan cicinho diego all have eu passports so expect Madrid to look at some other young south american arrivals. in total Real will spend £65 million in total and recieve around £25 to 30 from players sold.

Reading plan a Summer swoop for one or both of Jason Koumas and Giles Barnes.

Barnes was at the centre of a Royals bid back in January, and Koumas has impressed both on the pitch and with his improved attitude off it.

As Predicted on this board a few days ago, The clear out at Coventry City is starting to happen Iain Dowie announced on Friday afternoon to the media that he is releasing 3 first team players at the end of the season, these are:

Andrew Whing

Che Bunce

Arran Lee Barrett

Expect further players to leave the club including:

Dele Adebola

Colin Cameron

Don Hutchison

Luke Steele

Adam Virgo

Robert Page

Exciting times ahead.

I have one genuine rumour and a lot of opinion about Arsenal and it's a lot more realistic than some Championship Managers fantasise about. Firstly, I live in Cardiff and have a friend who knows Kerrea Gilbert and Fabrice Muamba. She tells me that Muamba has agreed to join Birmingham for £4m at the end of the season - I thought it sounded alot but she doesn't know anything about footy and was convinced that is what she was told.

As for my opinion - Wenger has said he will buy 1 or 2 super, super class players but there could be more signings depending on who leaves I. e. Flamini will definitely be leaving; Aliadiere will almost certainly go; Reyes won't come back, although I don't think he'll end up at Real; Baptista won't be signed, apart from 6 goals in two cup games and a CL header from 8 yards into an empty net he's proved he can't hit Rooney's fat arse from 2 yards and he's got the touch of an elephant with frostbite; Lehmann is likely to leave although Wenger is suggesting he will sign (hope not) ; Senderos is more Cygan than Adams but I don't think Arsene will chuck him yet; Freddie is an Arsenal legend but is way past his sell buy date and needs to be replaced; Henry, Gilberto, Rosicky and Eboue are going nowhere.

Therefore I think Wenger will be a wide midfielder E. g. Ribery, Wright-Phillips, Navas; a striker - Eto'o would be great but it ain't goin' to happen, poss Tevez, Saviola is free this Summer; a keeper if Lehmann goes - I won't list who cause we've been linked to about 20 of them; if Senderos was to go I think Wenger would revive his interest in Curtis Davies.

Taffygooner

Everton will, if they make Europe will be expanding there squad and adding strength in depth to help the European and Premiership campaign and trying to avoid the disaster season of 2005/ 06 European season. Leaving the club will be Naysmith (to a Scottish club most probably Rangers), Pistone (back to Italy), Weir (Rangers on a permanenet basis), Anderson De Silva (return to lower Spainish club), Beattie (Blackburn, Bolton or a newly promoted club, I. e. Derby) . David Moyes will be bringing in Luke Young (4m), Paul Konchesky (2m), Fernandes (6-8m), Barton (5m offloaded as club isn't matching his ambitions and also Pearce thinks he's causing too much trouble, finally outgrown his boots), Nuggent (6m) . Expect Everton next season to really push for Europe again challanging the likes of Bolton and even Arsenal for 4/ 5th

SUNDERLAND RUMOURS

Tony Capaldi will definitely sign in the Summer. he was set to in January but couldn't complete the medical in time. This is 100% true, however much you rate him. I know this for a fact, I'm his cousin

Arsenal: Wenger is seriously considering making a bid for Cisse of Liverpool once he returns from loan. Wenger sees Cisse as another potential Henry if he is given the right support and encouragement. Wenger also is looking at Carlos Kameni to replace Lehman. Kameni will cost around £4-5 million.

Chelsea: suprisignly, not many big name signings this Summer. Daniel Alves will be on his way to Chelsea when they oputbid everyone this Summer, but not as a right-back due to the fact he can't tackle. He will be played as a right-midfielder. Mourinho is looking at some young forwards to add to the squad (similar age to Kalou) as he believes Shevchenko will have a bigger impact next season. However, if Abromavich changes his mind and decides to go back to his free-spending days, expect a £40 million bid for Villa of Valencia. Another Goalkeeper will be signed as Cudicini is on his way on a free transfer.

Liverpool: Benitez will be given around £50 million to spend on one condition - impact players are signed and not rotation players. Liverpool are monitoring Raul but have doubts over his wages and long-term fitness levels. Its a bit hush-hush at the minute regarding actual targets, but rumour has it that Sissoko isn't happy about potentially playing second fiddle to the totally superior Mascherano, and will request a transfer.

Manchester United:

United will spend heavily during the Summer, especially if they manage to win the league and/ or European cup. A defender will be signed to act as cover for Gary Neville, most probably Heitinga. A double swoop on Ajax will be completed when Huntelaar joins to bolster the attack. Hargreaves will finally sign if United offer £17 million. Other signings include Nani of Sporting Lisbon, and possibly Motinho of Sporting Lisbon (but only if Sporting Lisbon accept an offer from another club, which then United have the chance to match) . Up front Sampdoria striker Fabio Quagliarella will sign as long as United stump up £12 million. Ferguson wants to have 5 or 6 good forwards, each of whom can come in and do a good job.

Here's a bit of gossip for you Derby fans.

Reading tried to bring Giles Barnes to the Madejski Stadium in January with a £2m bid but were knocked back with the Rams promotion challenge still in tact.

Reading are planning to return with a Summer swoop, even if Derby win promotion to the Premier League in May.

Liverpool Transfer Rumours

Expect Samuel Eto'o to complete a £27.5 mill transfer from Barcelona in the Summer, also joining the reds will be SWP from Chelski for around 10 million. Chelsea are reluctant to sell to one of there potential title challengers but Fact Mourinho will not recieve a transfer kitty from Abramovich and will have to sell. This will complete Liverpool's spending this season unless Rafa can tie up a deal with Real for Woodgate around 6 Million.

Lawrie Sanchez will target David Healy, Tony Capaldi and Sammy clingan

Summer Transfers

Thierry Henry to Barcelona (20million)

Bobo Balde to Aston Villa (1 million)

Scott Brown to Tottenham (4million)

Steve Sidwell to Newcastle (Bosman)

Darren Fletcher to Celtic (3million)

Mathew Flamini to Juventus (3million)

Philip Senderos to Newcastle (5million)

Steven Naismith to Rangers (1.5million)

Freddy Adu to Celtic (3million)

Timo Hildebrand to Valencia (Bosman)

Craig Beattie to Sunderland (500k)

Djrbil Cisse to Portsmouth (4million)

Benni McCarthy to Man United (8million)

Craig Bellamy to Aston Villa (6.5million)

Diomansy Kamara to Blackburn (4.5million)

Kenny Miller to Everton (1million)

Dean Ashton to Newcastle (7million)

Albert Luque to Bolton (Nominal)

Jon Hartson to Swansea (free)

Arsene Wenger will try and snatch Oscar Ustari from under the noses of Barcelona. Wenger is hoping to sign the Argentine goalkeeper as the long term replacement for Jens Lehmann who will sign a 1 year contract before the end of the month. The deal would cost around £6.5 million and would see Ustari remain on loan at his current club, Independiente, for the rest of the season.
