a) Wow QPR are a massive 4 points and 1 game in hand above Leeds, such a massive reason not to join us. Despite the fact, and I hate to say this, that leeds turds bigger clubs than QPR! anyway i still believe it's made up rubbish.
6)Where are we going to get the 6.5 Million from? Possibly from the 8m sale of delph, of which we've spent sod all. I agree we won't be spending anything like this but it's only because uncle ken is a tight git! Leeds as a club is now a very profitable club, don't mistake a tight chairman for us being poor you tool. average home gate of around 25k and extortionate ticket prices and players being paid £4.50 an hour also factors that make us profitable.

Charlton new take over to be completed by Christmas eve, Peter Varney the old Managing Director is fronting the smoke screen for 3 large financially strong city millionaires. Varney will remain in charge. Mr James Macey and James Topping, wish to remain anonymous, similar to the Marcus Evans situation at Ipswich. As much as I doubt it will ever happen, don't be surprised if Bojan Krkic does end up at Parkhead. He has expressed an interest before in joining up with the Hoops for a short loan period to gain more first team experience, and with Celtic and Barcelona having close ties - Celtic signing Crosas and the possible Jeffren a few seasons back on a loan and Larsson going to Barcelona - it could be possible.(8)(10)

Chris Hughton set to become the new manager of Liverpool! This is because Liverpool's new owners, NESV, are very impatient and were expecting instant success, or at least performing as they did 2 years ago. Hodgson will be sacked and Hughton signed, this is for 2 reasons:
1. Hughton was able to bring Newcastle to the top flight of English football and then has made them quite successful when they got here.
2. NESV are eager to get Andy Caroll on the team as soon as possible and believe that Hughton, the man who mentored him, is the best person to convince him to go to Merseyside.

They will be looking to bring in Tonge and Pugh until the end of the season as both players are enjoying their time there, De Laet is also staying (confirmed Sky sports) Leon Cort will also be signing permenantly in Janruary, £700k and Jermaine Johnson will be coming in. Why would Liverpool sell the brightest English prospect in the country, who they paid £1.7m for, to a supposed Tottenham feeder club for a profit of £300,000. That doesn't make any sense.

Here is a few things that I have heard. . not going to claim how real they are. . they are from people involved in the 'media' side of football so maybe they do have some foundation.
Tevez - Unlike some people are reporting, it is not about money for Tevez and the fact that Man City raised the point about money in a club statement regarding his request is the final straw. He has been angered by some executives and does not get on with Manchini. Tevez has made it clear to City it is not about money, he has rejected the chance to get a new deal and has also been offered a one of payment of around £2.5M to stay at City, which he also rejected. Tevez has said he won't play for them again and has threated with retirement & City have said they won't sell him in January. So here is what will happen.
Teves will sign for Boca Juniors on loan till the end of the season. In the summer he will be offered the chance to rejoin City if he still does not want to come back then he will be sold.
Roy Hodgson sadly will be sacked, despite not ever getting a chance to build his own team, the replacement will be Martin Jol, who last week quit as Ajax boss.
Avram Grant to be sacked by West Ham with the owners looking at Paul Lambert and Gus Poyet as potential replacements.
Man U have failed with a bid to sign Michael Essien from Chelsea. I am led to believe the offer was around £25M give or take a few add ons here and there. {ed's note - Do you remember why Jol left Spurs? You do realise that the man who had him removed from the job and replaced with Ramos would be the man he would have to work with at Liverpool don't you? most rubbish ever.your only aloud 4 players on loan from the same club in a season, and Naughton has a season long at Leicester and so has Walker at QPR and there are permanents on both if those teams reach the PL. Austin will go to the Championship in the summer.

Im a leicester fan, and in naughton's interview yesterday that was what was basically said. The whole rumour is flawed, as they are all out on loan and shelvey won't leave and neither will austin yet. Alnwick is the only sensible one and we had him a few seasons back, he is awful(10)(30)

Austin isn't going to Hull or Burnley, he is all set for a move to Portsmouth. Swindon are desperate to take Matt Ritchie to the club and Ritchie himself has already spoken about how a deal is close. Pompey will pay £1mil plus Ritchie for Austin.(7)(43)
