David Moyes to be handed around 15m to spend in the summer, but he's likely to sign a number of players on 'free's' to strengthen the squad as well as compete in Europe. The following players are rumoured to be coming into Goodison:

1. Manuel Fernandes (season long loan or 8m)

2. Leighton Baines (4m)

3. Joey Barton (5.5m)

4. Sylvan Distin (Free)

5. Steve Sidwell (Free - Moyes has told him he'd get first team football rather than be a squad player at Chelsea)

6. David Nuggent (6m)

Celtic will sign Sylvain Distin on a free and Joey Barton for £4m + Bobo Balde and Jiri Jarosik

Other rumours is that Chelsea will give us £14m + Johnson and Geremi

City Till I Die!

Upon promotion to the Premiership Birmingham want to sign Leicester City's Alan Maybury to provide cover in various positions. They also want his teammate Elvis Hammond and West Brom's Diomansy Kamara to provide more attacking support. Kamara will only sign if West Brom don't go up though. Wolves winger Michael Kightly is also of interest, again if Wolves fail to gain promotion.

I can tell you that Guus Hiddink has been contacted by. Arsenal. The board are not sure of Wengers plans re dein situation, and are looking to instill a contingency plan for themsleves. As I stated a few months ago with the Chelsea situation, he is not really interested unless he is also able to coach internationally. But this is very early on - they were only sounding him out as to what he thinks of certain situations, and it all depends on what Arsene Wenger does.

Danny Murphy looks like he is making his return to Charlton after falling out of favour at Spurs. pardew is keen to more creativity in his Charlton side and believes Murphy is the man. he will go for a cut price of 1m. song is also set to stay for another seasons long loan.

Sunderland apparently in the race for eidur gudJohnsen, David Nugent or Alan Smith as Roy Keane wants an established premier league forward.

also, he wants to keep jonny evans and simpson and he is eying up Patrick Vieira

Billy Davies to be the next Leicester City manager, Milan's £££'s will make him come in with a heavy transfer budget to spend, spend, spend.

If Nigel Worthington is appointed director of football at Leicester then expect Coleman to reject the job at City. Coleman is said to be very keen on the prospective of workin at Leicester but will not appreciate a director of football. However, this could work in Paul Ince's favour as he has a lack of experiance but with Worthington at his helm and Les Ferdinand assistant Ince could gain in experiance. Neil Lennon has been in talks with Leicester about becoming player manager but Mandaric wants a full time boss, however, has offered Lennon the chance to come to Leicester and become captain following the departure of Tiatoe. Mark De Vris is set to move back to Scotland with former boss Levin after him

Crystal Palace are in talks to sign Celtic's captain Neil Lennon and could be a player/ coach

Well

as of for the highly rated Owen Hargreaves the true facts are that the deal between Manchester United and Bayern Munich is in the pipeline

we will be payin £18M with add on's of £3M depending on Appearances and how well we do in the Prmeiership and in the champions league.

Owen Hargreaves may end up wearing the number 10 shirt or number 29.

We will find out by the end of next weekend saturday after the FA CUP Final against Chelsea has finished. After Hargreaves signs, the next in coming transfer will be Nani of Sporting Lisbon he will be signing for £15M plus with add on's of £2.5M. We will be buyin a striker either Carlos Tevez of West Ham or Michael Owen of Newcastle United.

To the guy that said Burnley would have 6-8 million to spend and would increase their stadium capacity, as if anyone would want to go to Burnley! Its in the middle of nowhere, can't even fill half its seats at the moment and plays host to a league one club Freddy Eastwood wouldn't leave Southend for you! Neither would just about anyone you mentioned.

QPR will sign Lee Camp in the summer for a cut price £250k after he rejected a new contract at Pride Park and has made it clear he's prepared to take a pay cut (like Adam Bolder did) to move down south. Also rumours of the freebies now available from QPR: -

- Marc Bircham to Nottingham Forest

- Kevin Gallen to Millwall

- Steve Lomas to Bournemouth

Not clear who any other ins might be at this stage

NOTTINGHAM FOREST will sign Walsall youngster Ishmel Demontagnac for £25,000.

Tottenham look to nick in ahead of United and sign Sidwell. if that fails they will move for Reo Coker or piennar. dave Nugent is wanted by United as they believe he has potential!Everton will sign jerome thomas in the summer!POLAGRIUS!

Newcastle are in for a big money summer, with signings like Heinze, micah Richards, kevin nolan, Julio baptista and are going to try get the Juventus keeper Buffon

Everton set to sign .

A left back Baines 6m

midfield either: Barton 5.5m Fernandes 7m Or Sidwell free either one or two of those

and also a striker either Bent 9m Nugent 6m Keane 7m Defoe 6m or Ashton 7m

Tevez will stay at West Ham and West Ham will not be relegated this season. Dave Nugent will be bought in and C. Cole and Harewood will leave.

With Arsenal signing goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski, Mart Poom will not be at the club next season alerting Watford manager Aidy Boothroyd who will take a close look at the keeper during a week long trial at the adjoining training facilities. Poom has not played 1st team football for many months and the Watford manager wants to be sure in his mind that Poom still has the fitness and desire to play football at the highest level.

The rumours that both his central defenders (De Merit and Shittu) are looking to stay in the top division has angered the manager, along with many of the fans, once again the manager will hold out for big money as both players are on relatively long contracts.

With Healy likely to be signing for Fulham in the coming weeks, Helguson will be offered to clubs, with Watford one of the clubs looking to bring him in, Helguson, still a fans favourite would be happy to rejoin the club he left a couple of seasons ago, however, he might not be the player Aidy wants, more likely to return is Danny Webber if Sheffield United stay up, with Neil Warnock likely to have in the region of £20m to spend some fringe players will be made available, Webber didn't want to leave Vicarage Road and would jump at the chance of returning to the club.

AS Roma have signed Bayer Leverkusen centre back juan he has signed a pre contract and will join on july 1st

LFC YOUNGSTERS

Scott Carson will leave on loan again. Liverpool do NOT plan to ever use him, so after next season, they hope his price will have increased and they can sell him for more.

Danielle Padelli loan will be made permenant for 2mil.

Jack Hobbs will be 4th choice defender behind Carragher, Agger and Milito (12mil) and will play in Carling Cup. Hyypia won't be around but Liverpool have offered him the chance to return as a coach whenever he wants.

G. Paletta will go out on loan for the season. Rafa would prefer if he was sent out to a championship club than Premiership club. This way, less spotlight would be on him and also, in the championship, the game is a lot more pacey, so if he got used to that, he would come good.

Rafa will also get Anderson, Lindifeld, Guthrie and Darby out on loan-and he wants these 4 players to go to the same team.

Emiliano is still on loan until end of next season and he will continue playing in carling cup and reserve team.

Danny O'donnell will leave permenantly

Le Tallec and Pongolle will both leave. Pongolle already has for 2.7mil

Adam Hamill will also go out on loan-but Rafa wants him to stay in England.

Antwi and Roque will both go out on loan-Rafa wants the two of them to go to the same club

Idrizaj will also be loaned out.

Brouwer, Huth and Duran will all be playing in the reserve side.

James Smith will also go out on loan.

Rafa believes that: Guthrie, Hobbs, darby, antwi, insua and hammill can all make it.

Expect to see a lot of youth players playing in the reserve team next season. Rafa believes that this will help them a lot as they'll be playing bigger and better players earlier. He feels, Spearing and Ajdarevic are the 2 players who could make it big.

Guthrie, anderson, hamill, lindfield, darby and paletta will all have Clauses in their loan contracts to return if Liverpool feel they are badly needed.

Now, youth coming in will be Mata (200k) He will play reserve team/ back up for first team. Nathan Poritt will also come in (500k) and will play reserve and be back up to 1st team. Liverpool will also sign an agreement with James McCarthy. When he is ready to leave, Liveprool have first option to a 1mil move. McCarthy wants to go to Liverpool-but not yet. Leto will also be playing reserve team football and back up to the first team.

Hi my name is Paul and I am new to this site - lots of interesting stuff on here - most of it, I am afraid, untrue. I cannot reveal any sources and I am not connected to any particular club but I would like to contribute here. My family is involved in the London football scene at a high level. The transfers / discussions that I am aware of that are currently in negotiation are as follows:

1. Thierry Henry's agent is speaking to both Barcelona and Liverpool. He is again torn about staying with Arsenal or moving on - he loves the club but isn't happy with the situation with David Dein. He is fairly close friends with Steven Gerrard who has invited him to come and enjoy the last few seasons at Anfield. Apparantly he is tempted by the atmosphere generated there.

2. Jose Mourihno is almost certainly staying with Chelsea. If he leaves it will only be on his terms - the club (RA) want him to stay. He has made it clear he wants to manage Portugal one day - that's the role that might tempt him to leave.

3. Michael Owen feels that he owes Newcastle some decent time. However, the situation at the club is far less proffessional than at his previous clubs. If Liverpool can be tempted into offering Bellamy as a swop plus cash then Newcastle are likely to accept. Arsenal could come in if Henry leaves.

4. Fernando Torres, Owen Hargreaves and Nani are in last stage negotations with Man United and these are likely to happen.

5. David Villa has met with both Chelsea and Liverpool - I do not know if this is likely to go through. If pressed I would suggest he is going to stay in Spain.

6. Samuel Eto'o is being lined up by Chelsea to replace Shevchenko who will return to Milan. This is almost complete.

7. Simao Sambrosa is talking to both Liverpool and Chelsea. If Chelsea get him then SWP is likely to go to Liverpool - this is happening in the same negotation.

8. There are some moves at Arsenal to look at Frank Ribery but noone connected with the club is confident he is going to sign.

9. Kaka is being courted by Barcelona - he is not apparantly interested in a move to England. His first choice is to stay at AC Milan but the champs league final is key - if Milan lose he might lost heart.

Happy to hear your feedback on these. Paul

Suprise suprsie saw Craig Bellamy being shown Villa park on Sunday, (pools day off) whilst I was clean the stadium afta sats game. But there was a unexpected player with him, zenden, with o'Neil looking to bolster his midfield this summer, with the rumour he is dissapointed with petrov adaption 2 the Premiership.

Look out on June 1st wen randy lerner will be splashin the cash on these players, guarnteed

I have just seen Chris Coleman at the Leicester City training ground, this is after he rejected Chrytal Placace Yestersay! I Have this on a very relaple source

Reyes will be swapped for Navas at Sevilla (taken Reyes home) with Arsenal having to pay an extra £5 million as part of that deal. The Beast will be sent packing after beastly performances.

Ribery, no shock is a target to inject pace down the wings; Arsene will be hoping both Navas and Ribery will recreate the Ljungberg / Pires glory days. Ljungberg will be off to Italy.

The big change in defense will be Micah Richards. He has got potential and expect an £8 million bid (assuming all goes well with his operation) . He could be the new Tony Adams, still a teenager with drive and leadership and a boyhood Arsenal fan too.

Arsenal line up 2007/ 8

GK Lehmann / Almunia / Fabianski

CD = Toure / Gallas / Richards / Senderos

RB = Eboue / Hoyte

LB = Clichy (Cover by Gallas&Hoyte)

CM = Fabregas / Gilberto / Denilson / Diaby

AM on Wings Navas / Ribery / Hleb / Rosicky

F= V. Persie / Bendtner / Bent / Walcott

Outs: Reyes (swap), Henry (£20M), Ljungberg (£3M), Adebayor (£8M), Flamini (£1M), Baptista (Loan finished), Aliadiere (Free) Song (Loan for 1 more season)

Totalling = £32M.

Ins: Ribery (£11m), Navas (Reyes swap plus £5M), Bent (£5m), Richards (£8M)

Totalling = £29M.

Books nicely balanced.

Finally don't be surprised if Arsene also goes for Distin and Sidwell (made a mistake selling Sidwell in the first place) as both are on frees and will add further strength to the defense and midfield.

Norwich City rumours gathering pace.

Nigel Worthington's interest in some of his ex-players does have some substance, although the one most likely to join Leicester is Gary Doherty. Norwich's attempts to get Dion Dublin to sign on for another year are also likely to be thwarted by Leicester, who fancy him as a player-coach, Mandaric also wants him at the club for his high profile in the game and good reputation.

Current Norwich Manager Peter Grants targets include-

Danny Coyne-GK- released by Burnley. With England U-18 keeper Joe Lewis having just signed a three year deal at the Canaries, the club will look to get him into the 1st team within a year-yearn and a half, so will not pursue a younger keeper-meaning David Marshall (Celtic) won''t return, also, the reason why Norwich didn't compete with QPR for Lee Grant, who had a successful loan spell with Norwich earlier last season. Coyne would therefore be temporary-but capable-cover for a year or so.

Stephen Jordan- Released by Man City. Cover and much needed competition for Adam Drury at left back; Ireland can also play at centre half.

Russell Anderson- Aberdeen centre half is major City target, funds are in place for a possible £1 Million bid, but competition for Anderson is likely, so City may have to go for their second choice.

Hayden Foxe- Released by Leeds, has proved his fitness after severe injuries, now available, and, again, as a versatile player, is interesting Norwich.

Clinton Morrison- Norwich nearly signed hima couple of years ago before he decamped back to Palace. Now out of favour there, they may go in for him again as a striking partner for Earnshaw. Former Canaries target Richard Cresswell (Leeds) is off to Derby County.

WOLVERHAMPTON WANDERERS to sign Walsall defender Scott Dann for £150,000.

Walsall midfielder Dean Keates will be joining Peterborough United; the contract has already been signed and will be completed when the transfer market reopens. The League 2 champions have also completed the signing of Paul Benson, the 27 year-old has joined for £50,000.

Celtic Rumours

= = =

I'v heard from a very reliable source, working closely alonside GS who has informed me that the wee man has said he needs to sign 3 world class players as well as some squad players. Firstly he has set his sights on Juan Roman Riquelme who is out of favour at Villareal, but will face tough opposition from Premiership teams for his signature, secondly tough tackeling midfielder Stephen Appiah from Fenerbache to replace Lennon (this is a done deal 100%) lastly he will move for Roy Maakay to improve his striking options for the champions league. Squad targets are :

Sylvain Distan (Man City)

Michale Kadlec (Sparta Prague)

James McFadden (Everton)

Despite what some people say about Man United pulling out of the Hargreaves deal I think they are wrong, I think everyone forgets that Hargreaves could provide cover at right back when needed and would leave Fergie funds this season to be spent elsewhere that he could of spent on a long term Neville replacement at rb. I think its also clear that Heinze and Silvestre will leave so United will go for lb as udnerstudy for Evra probably Bale although don't rule out another young French/ Italian/ Spanish/ south american defender.

Then they will also sign Nani from sporting as he only has 1 year left on his deal and hase said he would love to play for United and be the next Ronaldo. Finally the CF United sign will be a player with some sort of presence upfront physically lke Saha has when he's fit which rules out the likes of Defoe and Owen (just look at what Fergies been like with Saha over his fitness, its the reason he's selling him and for that reason it would mean Owen is a non starter) . Saha will leave and Fergie will try and sign a cf like Berbatov/ Torres/ Eto/ Huntelaar/ Toni/ Fred (i think Fred is the most likely with Lyon eyeing Silvestre and Saha) . Only if none of his top targets can be signed will Fergie then consider a player with lesser presence upfront.

So Man United out - Heinze (probably to juve or Milan), Silvestre (probably to Lyon to replace Abidal), Saha (Lyon) . Maybe one of Brown or O'Shea if the offer is too good to refuse.

Man United in - Bale, Hargreaves, Nani, Fred, Rossi and Pique back from loans.

PS - when Fergie talks of having 3 main targets that doesn't mean he only wants 3 players just there are 3 players that he bealievs United cannot afford to miss out on.

Stay tuned for more updates.

I know from a mates mate (who is mates with Gordon Strachan) who says that Kieran Richardson is headed straight to Celtic for £2.5million in the summer.

And Leighton Baines will be leaving Wigan if they fail to beat Sheffield United on the final day of the season. He is either going to Spurs or Everton, whilst Sunderland also seem keen but will miss out due to the lure of the Uefa Cup from the other clubs.

The mighty Spurs have virtually ensured another year in Europe but of significant interest in the last couple of games was the cameraderie between Ledley King and Darren Bent at the end of the Charlton game and more surprisingly between Robbie Keane and MG Pedersen at the end of the Blackburn game. There was a lot more said than "well played" in both instances so don't be surprised if these two appear on the White Hart Lane playing roster next season.

Southend Rumours:

Can I just say to who ever wrote the Burnley rumours there is no chance of you getting Freddy for 1.5 million. Tbh I would settle for that amount of money but Ron Martin (Chairman) has come out and said Freddy's going nowhere. Tbh I still reckon he could go but the money would have to be around 4-6 million as Ron Martin is that desperate to keep a hold of him. I can only realy see Freddy going to the Premiership or Charlton tbh.

Out:

Che Wilson - Looks likely to be released.

Efe Sodje - Another that looks likely to be released, rumour has it he was fired at training last Friday for fighting.

In:

Ray Parlour (Hull) - Rumour earlier this week he wants to move closer to his kids down south and Southend incontetnion to sign him.

Paul Hayes (Barnsley) - An on going traget of tillys looks certain to leave Barnsley at the end of this season with Tilson stil intrested.

Ricky Holmes (Chelmsford) - Tilson is a keen admirer, The Blues and Colchester have both been intrested, however Tilson is unsure how bigger step he can take up.

Chris Whelpdale (Billericay) - The Echo reported that both Tilly and Brush went to watch him play however it seems that he may be going to Peterbrough.

More Blues rumours later. ;)

HARTLEPOOL TRANSFER RUMOURS

the league two runners up Hartlepool United will be bringing in loads of new players expect daryl Duffy to b signed from Hull City not forgetting his loan spell at Hartlepool last season they need a new young striker for the departure of efion Williams dimi is not going to Coventry City bcos he has just signed a new contract with pools keeping him at the vic till his career ends expect more classy players to come in

The Mirror reports that Laporta told Stanford students that he is close to signing Henry is utterly false. I was there (and posted the Saviola rumours a day ago) . Don't believe much of what is in there - remember Sheva's successful lawsuits against them!

Robbie Fowler is set to speak to Roy Keane on May 28th regarding a move to Sunderland. Keane is keen to sign the Liverpool striker who is out of contract and will not be offered a new deal, a 2 year contract at the Stadium of Light.

=v1=

Following the signing of Poland goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski from Legia Warsaw, Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is preparing several more raids over the summer. Fabianski has joined Arsenal for an undisclosed fee, and his arrival spells the end for Mart Poom who will rejoin Derby County on a one year deal. Fenerbahce midfielder Stephen Appiah could emerge as a surprise target, but it's doubtful. Wenger will want a defensive midfielder to come in to replace outgoing Mathieu Flamini, so a move for Lille's Mathieu Bodmer could be in the pipeline. Bodmer is a target for Manchester United, but he could be more tempted by the Gunners as his first team chances would be bolstered by the youth and inexperience of the current squad. Julio Baptista will return to Real Madrid, but Jose Antonio Reyes will remain at the Bernabeu with Brazilian Robinho swapping clubs in a permanent switch. Franck Ribery is also an option, though should he leave Marseille for Arsenal then Alexander Hleb may be used as a makeweight in the deal.

Arsenal Rumours.

I work in the admin offices at the Emirates stadium and overheard Arsene Wenger talking on the phone (in French) about making a move for a striker that he believes has "rocket like" speed and "raw ability", he also added that if this striker was given the correct training he would make real waves in the Premiership.

The strikers name was a bit of a shock to me but he honestly thinks that, given a year training with Thierry Henry on finishing he would become a superstar and is being overlooked at his current club. The Striker is none other than Djibril Cisse and at 6-7 million just might be worth a gamble, in the same way he did with Henry who was a Left winger at Juve.

Anyway he also said he wanted to have a real look at the posibility of 2 young midfielders which were Sidwell and Reo-Coker

Thats all I have for now.

Craig.

I have just seen Kevin Lisbie at Blackpool's training ground!

Also Matt Jrvis of Gilligham is off to the addicks in a part exchange deal with Lyod Sam

To set the record straight Ustari has already signed a pre-contract with Barcelona. The deal thought to be worth around £6 Million

Arsenal Bulletin

Tevez (West Ham)

Raul (Madrid)

Saviola will be out of contract

Richard Money off to Posh

My Girlfriends Brother is close friends with Steven Taylor of Newcastle, he swears that they are definately going to sign Robbie Fowler from Liverpool, he is on a free and will be an improvement on Ameobi, Martins and Owen.

So say goodbye to Scott Parker, as I mentioned a few weeks ago there a few players missing in the run in to the end of the season with bans and injuries. Messers Duff and Parker prime examples. The papers state that they will miss a few months but you will see the both of them passing medicals very soon. Funny that. So when Glen Roeder, in his last game, played two persons ie Bramble n Gooch does this mean that nobody wants them, possibly. In which case could Kieron Dyer please take centre stage!

I have just seen David Bentley at the Newcastle training groud talking with krien Dyer about the possiblity of a move to the TOON

This will happen on july the 2nd Mark my words!
