I am a private limo driver and i have just met mr chamkah from heathrow and taken him to WHL

well that's strange, because I work for a Executive Travel Co who have a contract with Liverpool FC. I picked him up from John Lennon Airport myself and took him to Melwood. He said about a precontract for a free summer move but also hinted at a move now for approx £3m.

trust me!

The race for Akinfenwa is heating up as it is thought swansea are now very intrested and are tryin to bring him back to link up with swansea favourite trundle to see if they can get the best out of each other, blackpool still in talks but with swansea wanting him back looks doubtfull

ARSENAL NEWS dunno if means anything but tonight i noticed senderos has been removed from the arsenal squad list on sky sports fantasy football

12 Jan 2010 23:14:45
Blackpool have enquired about two Wolves strikers, Andy Keogh and Chris iwelumo, however, Mick McCarthy will only let them leave after he brings a replacement. He has made moves for Jermaine BAckford (Keogh's replacement) and for Leon Best (Iwelumo's replacement). It is likely that only one of them will be brought in, therefore, only one of Keogh/Iwelumo will be allowed to leave.

12 Jan 2010 23:15:32
Rangers are set to sign David Healy on loan from Sunderland with a view to signing a permanent deal in the summer for a nominal fee. Also signing for the Gers is left sided attacking midfielder Ross Forbes from Motherwell for a reported fee of £500,000. To pay for these deals Rangers have agreed with Pedro Mendes to sell him if an acceptable bid comes in for him.

Celtic will all the folk posting here about the turmoil at lennoxtown and players falling over themselves wanting to leave get a grip!! Of the ones that have left or currently known as leaving, only Caldwell was a first team regular. Flood, Killen were nonstarters and even Robson (aged 31)is only playing in the absence of Maloney and/or Brown. Of the others "rumoured" to be going, Caddis has just signed a contract extension but realises that he is 2nd choice behind Hinkel and may well go on loan (still leaves Mark Wilson as cover. McManus since his injury he has been 5 yards off the pace and is one bad decision away fom seriously injuring someone. Brown who is buying a currently injured player? Samaras trying hard the now, but he is no 25 a season goalscorer. Hinkel settled in Scotland with his family, but yes he wants world cup slot and may well opt for return to Germany, but not on the cheap £2m needed. McGeady is NOT unsettled and unless a stupid bid comes in £7£10m will go nowhere, no Scottish team can ignore that income. Onto players in, there will be another 3 in January. Sean St Ledger is Mowbray's no1 target and he will offer up to £3.5m for a player that was on loan, may well be a player + cash deal with McManus as "bait". An out and out goalscorer will come in, love it to be Keane or Owen but lets be realistic, and this may well be someone like Simon Church or Michael Chopra. Another left/right back will arrive as cover, possibly Rangel. Hail Hail

News hot off the press of managerial changes:

Frank Rijkaard (Galatasaray to Celtic)'

Heck of a shout, but not beyond the realms of possibility.

This backs up a rumour that I heard about Avram Grant being in talks with a top European team. Could it be that Avram is wanted by the Turks?

To the guy who commented about renaming this site: manunitedandLiverpoolfansdreamteam.com.

I am a Bristol City fan who despises the fact that Man City has bought themselves the right to call themselves 'half decent'. Look at a few years ago, you are nothing without the finantial backing you have recieved of late. I believe Liverpool will gain 4th spot and if Man City come anywhere near the titles you say they will recieve it is because you have spend 200 million+ on the best players in the world, ruining the game of football.

Anyway, enough of that, here are some football rumours i have heard of:

Sol Campbell is trying to regain his England sport and i believe Mr Wenger has made the right decision to employ a player who has not yet fizzled out.

Liverpool will complete the 1.6 million signing of Maxi Rodriquez by the 19th, undertaking a medical nearer the time. The delay is due to the adverse weather conditions as well as a imperfection in his work permit.
There is also the possibility of loaning Santa Cruz, the misfit who doesn't seem to be securing a place in Man City with the form of Tevez.
Joe Cole is also rumoured to be in the interest of Rafa.

Portsmouth are looking at the 400k signing of Danny Shittu

Kenwein Jones could sign for Birmingham if the chance of signing Ryan Babel falls through, the price in the region of 8million.

12 Jan 2010 22:08:00
Could someone please tell me why all Liverpool fans come
on here saying who they are going to sign
when everyone knows they have absolutely no money and that is fact!!! I have no problem with them
and despite
living outside Manchester I am not a Man U fan but wish the scouse will accept the fact they are nowhere close to the team (or the club) they used to be. Torres to Man city in the summer but Crouch to return. In the know

Comrades!
I reported several days ago that Maxi Rodriguez would sign for Liverpool by Monday teatime. My apologies for this not happening. I have gone back to my source and she claims the deal is still on, will happen and that the problem is sorting out a 1.5M loyalty bonus and who should pay it.

Wolves

Wolves are looking to increase their attacking options via wingers and a new striker.
they are after Jermaine Beckford for 1.75 mill to challenge ebanks blake and doyle up front, also on their radar is cardiff duo joe ledley and ross mccormack, ledley to play in the center or left wing and mccormack to fill in the vacant right wing position or to add an attacking midfielder to the team. Mccormack will also challenge the two strikers for positions.

ledley is out of contract in the summer so will go for around 3 mill

mccormack is valued between 2.5 and 3 mill

while beckford should only cost 1.75 mill

To the person who said players were unhappy at celtic this is very much true because my father in law works at lennoxtown and he has heard players want out especially the likes of boruc mcgeady.

Expect alot to leave in january he told me the other day tat boruc has been approached by tottenham and alan hutton could be involved in a swap deal as hinkel will seal his move to hertha berlin within the next 24 hours.

One other signing is this wait for it. Cameron Jerome will be signing for celtic because mcdonald is out for 2 weeks or so.

So that's the latest Celtic Fc news

12 Jan 2010 20:16:43
Liverpool...
firstly i would like to say thank god that voronin is gone, this is the best transfer window since torres arrived. No more players to leave in january.

Rodriguez will arrive to give the injury prone wingers and Stevie cover at a bargain bucket price (which i fail to understand) of £1.5m.... subject to a medical and should be completed by the 20th.

Also expect one youth player to hit anfield in the name of Victor Moses (English/ crystal palace/ 19) for 4m. Or Nicolas Loderio (Uruguain/ 20) for 6m. both players can play anywhere across the attack and look like the real deal. good scouting guys. x

12 Jan 2010 20:19:58
Blackpool have made enquiries about two Wolves players on loan or perm. The first of these is Chris Iwelumo who is continuing his recovery from a metatarsel injury in the summer, this will be for the rest of the season to get his fitness back.

The second is the more likely however and this is Andy Keogh.

Personally I am a Wolves fan and don't care for Blackpool after a bad experience, but do wish these two all the best

To all derby fans and forest fans i have heard from nigel himself that no deal between the two clubs for any player (including miles addison)will be agreed as derby will not cooperate with their arch rivals. Nigel also told me he's after two players from league 2 and mentioned something about accrington stanley.

12 Jan 2010 19:51:45
More exits from celtic, , , , , , , , strachan hs turned his attention to celtic captain stephan macmanus and is looking to get him for 1 million up front and a further 1 million in August window.
Celtic want the full 2 million up front.
With Naylor also thinking over an offer to move to Notts Forest for 600.000
Hinkel is definatly going to Germany with Dortmund now in pole position to take him as he is looking to secure his place in the world cup squad, 2.5 millon agreed.
Samaras is interesting olympiakos and will be allowed to leave if they come up with 2.5 million.
all three will be allowed to leave without waiting for players coming in, Mowbary hs a few targets but needs the definate funds before he can make them happen.
Including the funds he already has available that will give Mowbary almost 12 million with which he will bring in three already targeted players 2 x 4.5 million and 1 x 3 million at acost of 12 million.
Most will happen this week.

To the Guy who said this:
"West ham are looking at 5 strikers but will only bring in two of them the strikers are van nistelrooy, bennie mcarthy, beattie, luca toni and harewood west ham will also bring in Wiltshire on loan and there could be a possibility that carrick might come back 2 west ham and the players that west ham will sell are quashie, gabbidon and faubert"

I'm a west ham supporter and I thought you should know that Luca Toni has joined Roma so we defo won't sign him. Why would we sign Van Nistelrooy? And why would Carrick come back to us when he plays for Man U?

Now here's some PROPER rumours:
We won't be signing midfielders, but one striker will be joining. either Harewood, McCarthey or a young italian whose name escapes me.
Also, expect to see two defenders join (CB and RB)

To the guy who wrote this:

I am SAF Sister's, husbands, son's grandfathers parrot feeder, and the parrot over heard a conversation at the dinner table (because SAF is always talking about transfer rumours around the dinner table) and he said that he was going to buy Kaka, Fabregas, Drogba, Torres, Messi, and even Ronaldo and Taibi back.

Come on guys! Got an REAL rumours????

If it is real then it is not rumours..stop complaining or create your own version of 'true rumours' you dihead..

back to rumours, it is clearly that maxi rodriguez on the way to anfield.and also, the deal between babel and jones swap also in progress.if there is potential club want to buy him more than 11 mil, then we can see either arda turan or VDV in reds shirt by the end of jan..

Everything here is FACT:

Bristol Rovers to resign Scott Shearer for a nominal fee from Wycombe to solve their goalkeeper issue.

Wolves are keeping an eye on Bristol City's John Akinde as a long term replacement for Chris Iwelumo. Akinde recently impressed at Wycombe and City would want at least £500k.

Yeovil are in the hunt for Burnley defender Michael Duff who is keen for a return to the West Country.

Cheltenham Town are looking to take Martin Devaney on loan for the rest of the season.

Bristol City are keeping tabs on highly rated Grantham Town left wing youngster Adam Kwiatkowski.

Manchester United Team News:

SAF has been keeping a close eye on Sebastien Frey of Fiorentina, further suggesting that Ben Foster will be sold in the summer if not January. SAF is also interested in Joe Cole, currently at Chelsea, whose contract negotiations have broken down, and sees him as the creative player United are missing in midfield.

12 Jan 2010 18:52:04
I heard from a reliable source that Southampton will sign Brian Stock from Doncaster for £2 million and possibly Simon Gillett (who is on loan there at the moment).

Also Neil Danns is set to join his old Palace team mate Jose Fonte at St.Marys. Apparently he was having a medical there 2 days ago but obviously not. Still should be signing though.

Elliot Ward from Coventry is still a target. He is out of contract at the end of the season so he should be fairly cheap (somewhere in the region of £500k to £1mil)

Rumours about Chris Lines joining from Bristol Rovers have quietened down lately but I still wouldn;t rule out a move before the end of the transfer window. Or possibly in the summer

Lee Barnard is similar. There were rumours. You would think though that with Southend performing at mid table and Southampton now loaded and on the rise he would want to be involved. He is also out of contract in 6 months.

I heard from another rumours website that Wes Hoolahan is being chased as well.

Nathan Delfouneso keeps being mentioned about a loan move until the end of the season

12 Jan 2010 18:53:36
The queue to get out of Celtic Park just gets longer and longer and alarm bells are sounding in the boardroom with Mowbray at breaking point.
Caldwell, Robson, Killen and Flood we knew about, but Caddis to Swindon and McManus to Boro/Shef Utd. will be next. Followed by moves for Hinkel, Brown, Mizuno, McGinn, McGeady, McDonald and Boruc right up to the end of the window.
The difference in training and tactics under the new regime has had a devastating effect on morale and few players are happy to continue.
The delay and dithering over new signings and the quality of those rumoured to be coming has the board seriously questioning the managers methods.
Catching Rangers and overtaking them with a brand new and untried team is a huge gamble to take with 53, 000 season ticket holders cash and trust.
This could be a crisis in the making that will rock the club into making BIG. BIG decisions!!!

Haha this site makes me laugh. Some lad saying that the site should be renamed to "manunitedandliverpoolfansdreamteam.com" and then goes on to link a list of players that will never join City. Viera is a done deal yeah but linking the likes of Ribery & Torres to City? Haha. Torres will not go to City, he wants to win trophies which is why he is thinking of leaving Liverpool if they don't qualify for champions league next season. What benefit will he have if he joins City? He won't be winning trophies there either! As for Ribery, well Bayern Munich have said that they are going to try to keep him but if he wants to leave then United or Madrid are the only 2 clubs he would consider.
You then say that you'll be getting rid of fringe players and the likes of Petrov and Benjani... What about Robinho? What about Bellamy and Barry?
You obviously are the one typing out a Fifa style dream team.
Onto a real rumour...

not likely to happen becuase the emargo will stay in place after next friday as all attempts to get investment apart from a shirt sponsorship deal for next season worth 250k has failed so far. expect the silence from the club to continue until they can't delay letting the bad news out any more. bank will not lend them money/give them an overdraft as they know the state of affiars. expect a few other creditors to join the queue too. and the at least sge is still there thing is no good he is there in name only

Re: Man United
Source: A United Scout I know

The current uproar in the dressing room and likelihood that a few squad players will be sold either in January or next Summer is mainly down to the fact SAF seems to have a real gut instinct in other youth players emerging

Defence wise as we're all aware, the twins are progressing well, but also the very highly rated Dodo will be arriving shortly (once he's 18 he'll be allowed to move) he's regarded as the next Rio Ferdinand and it's viewed that he'll partner Evans eventually. We'll hold onto Vidic untill Dodo is more prepared.

Midfield wise, Anderson will be let go, apparently SAF see's youth prospect Rodrigo Possebon as the better talent, and once his loan move (which has been a farce as far as United are concerned) is over, he'll slot straight into the AM position

United are also tracking Douglas Costa and Neymar, with the scouts that found all of the above really pushing for that to happen, Keirrison was also rated to SAF, but they acted too slow and Barca got there before them.

Goalkeeper wise, SAF is willing to let Foster go, he's happy with his current two (VDS and Kuszczak) but more importantly rates Ben Amos as Englands future number one, and would rather get the cash for Foster now rather than three years down the line.

12 Jan 2010 15:31:14
After strachan missing out on Caldwell he will turn his attentions to glen loovens and stephen mcmanus for a combined 2.8m move. Celtic also to let him have Robson for reduced fee of £550k.

Celtic to sign St ledger in the next two weeks and also chopra. Scott Brown is returning to training in the next few weeks amid speculation of him transfering to Birmingham for £6.5 million. Brown will be replaced by semir stillic and the club will not have lost any money in this transfer window. Money will then be put aside for the summer and maybe for a new manager if mowbray can't win the league.

breaking news
Sean O driscoll shocked John Ryan eaarlier on monday by demanding to be allowed to speak to Burnley, Ryan was confident SoD would turn them down, SoD was fed up at the boards refusal to fund the move for Billy Sharp at a bargain £1.75.
He will make Sharp his first signing for Burnley on a 3 year deal by end of January.
This development is great news for Sheffield Inuted who will now press ahead with the Tudgay deal

MAN UNITED SITUATION

On good authority, this is how January and the summer window will transpire for MU.
Fergie feels the Jan window is far from good value Pompey valuing Kaboul at £14million is proof of this. However, lets not dress it up, we are financially ruined right now, and Fergie couldnt afford anyone if he wanted to.
GK Jan no changes, VDS back, Kusczak no2, Foster possibly loaned out but more likely simply sold in the summer, £5million. We will buy a new keeper in the summer, most likely Neuer for £10million.
DEF Jan no changes. Summer Vidic will be sold to Madrid for £22million plus Garay on loan with a view to buy. The fullback slots are fine in Fergie's POV, the twins are coming through and Evra, de Laet, O'shea and even Fletcher can cover. Neville to retire in summer, Brown will potentially be sold for £6million.
WINGS Fergie will keep faith in Valencia and Obertan on the right, and rotate them. On the LW, Giggs will stay for one final season, Park may stay, Tosic will be sold for £6million unless he looks amazing at the WC. The big move will involve Nani+£17million to Benfica for di Maria.
MID Scholes will retire in summer, and Anderson will possibly be sold dependent on the rest of his season. Fergie will look to make 1 major signing to replace Scholes, most likely Gourcuff for £20million.
STR Owen will leave in the summer, and Berbatov will either be sold to Serie A for £18million or used in partexchange as we try to get Benzema.

Tight times ahead, gutting.

Interesting Rumour!!!!!

Kris Boyd is not really injured this is another ploy to ward off interested clubs... Walter Smith knows that the bank will not refuse any reasonable offer for KB and he does not want to go so is playing along. It means he will miss a couple of games this month but small price to pay for getting to stay. Also watch for a miracle recovery time and for KB as soon as the transfer windows closes. The main reason for this is that they cannot get rid of Mendes as they wanted to and they want to keep Boyd, he wants to stay but won't sign as he wants more than 18k a week they are offering and they cannot afford that until someone of value goes.

Sheffield Wednesday Rumours.

The farcial Tudgay to Blades rumour is a joke. Why would he leave a massive club like Wednesday to go to Bramall Lane. It would be a waist of his time. Ryan France may however be crossing the city to Hillsborough on a free.Investment is now imminent and new manager Irvine can look forward to having new funds availble soon dude, but watch out for a rising academy star, McNulty breaking into the first team soon. The deal for an unamed Yank full back appears to be off though. Its believed the FB promised so much but was ultimately unable to deliver, much to the staffs disappointment, as he looked like the real deal. The chairman Les Strafford is looking forward to the new educational facilities soon to be on offer and will avail himself of them as soon as possible.

After years of uncertainty, things are looking up at S6

Liverpool rumours:
The truth of the matter is that Rafa has been given a whooping £0 for January. Maxi was a done deal but we didn't have the funds, hence sales of players he wanted to stay for the season. Don't get me wrong I'm delighted Voronin and Dossena have left, but the yanks have interfered once again with Rafa's budget plans. Maxi will join in the coming days for £1m with Rafa's new £6m budget and could be joined by Marouane Chamakh, who are willing to do business with anyone but Arsenal. £5m and he could be ours. Also one loan signing will join. Rafa wants Van Der Vaart but he wants to settle down fulltime rather than on loan, so that could not happen. Babel will leave for Birmingham for £12m, but this depends on whether McLeish is willing to stump up the money for such a risk. If he does then Arda Turan will join in the closing stages of the window for £10m.

Summer will be an exciting time. Rafa's planned budget is £30m plus 70% of sales. Cavalieri will leave for £5m to AC Milan, Skrtel and Degen will leave for £8m and £3m respectively. Mascherano will depart for sunny Spain for £40m, a preagreement with Barcelona if he doesn't sign a new contract. Riera will leave for £10m and Nemeth will leave for AEK Athens for £4m. With his new found budget of around £80m Rafa will bring in a new goalkeeper, a new defender, a new striker and a new left winger. For goalie he will sign Kirkland back for £6m. For defender he will sign his first choice option Simon Kjaer for £10m, with Agger and him being the future partnership. Rafa believes this will strengthen them greatly, playing for club and country together. midfield will see the natural first choice option of David Silva for £20m leaving Rafa with £44m to do business with a striker. Sergio Aguero looks likely to join for the full amount.

Good times ahead, unless the yanks screw it up again.

There are big changes going on behind the scenes at Liverpool. George Gillett is to be bought out by F6 frontman Prince Faisal by the end of March, and the Prince and Hicks will remain at the club with a big summer at the club this year. Although Liverpool fans want both Americans out, Tom Hicks is the one who has the most respect for Liverpool and is working extremely hard to try and put things right at the club while Gillett cannot be bothered. Liverpools commercial director Ian Ayre who has just been appointed onto the board of directors is in talks with a multinational Asian based group who want to purchase the naming rights of the new stadium for £250million. I have been told by sources close to Liverpool that the company purchasing the naming rights will keep 'Anfield' somewhere within the new stadium name. Liverpool are tying up more and more commercial partners as previously under Rick Parry, Liverpool only has 2 sponsors in Carlsberg and Adidas whereas Man utd have around 16 partners altogether. Tom Hicks addressed this to Christian Purslow and Ian Ayre who are now working together to tie up more sponsorship deals in order to generate more money and compete with the best sponsorship deals around the world. The biggest deal will come in the form of Prince Faisal. As heis the frontman of Sports Investment Company F6, he is set to make Liverpool the face of the company generating even more commercial partnerships within the Middle East. Hicks has assured Rafa Benitez and Christian Purslow thatthis summers transfer window could be the biggest yet for Liverpool. He has pledged to make significant funds along with Faisal in order to strengthen the squad. He has finally realised that Liverpool's place in the top 4 is under serious threat and will investas much as possiblein the team. Rafa will still look to sign cheap, quality players to add depth to the squad hence the talk of Maxi and Chamakh coming in on a free. He will set aside money to make one, perhaps two marquee signings to try and make the squad complete and worthy of competing on all fronts. All this depends on a few things, whether Prince Faisal buys out Gillett, whether Hicks actually sticks to his promise and depending on the amount of commercialdeals Liverpool get between now and the end of the season. Two things are certain though, slowly but surely Liverpool are turning things around off the pitch and the second, Rafa Benitez will be Liverpool manager next season, not matter what.

Rumours of a mass clear out at United is spot on. Expect the following through January and the Summer. 2010/2011 will be Fergie's last season in charge so beware as he want's to go out on a high.

Out;

Edwin van der Sar (Retired)
Gary Neville (Retired)
Rio Ferdinand (Retired)
Paul Scholes (Retired)
Michael Owen (Released)
Dimitar Berbatov (Sold for about £1520million)
Nani (United are looking at a potential swap deal)
Anderson (Similar to Nani hasn't settled too well, and could well be sold)
Thomas Kuczsak(sp) (Will probably be sold to a Russian side, maybe used as bait to land another 'keeper)
Ben Foster (Loan, needs first team football, may join another PL club and sign permanently if he impresses)

In;

Goalkeepers are currently being looked at, United are looking at Manuel Neuer, Igor Akinfeev, Rene Adler, and Robert Green. But may opt to make a massive signing with either Buffon, Casillas or Julio Cesar on the list.

Fergie will look to strengthen the back four and his backups with the signing of Maicon for rightback, with centre back Simon Kjaer coming in from Palermo. Dodo will be added to the impressive crop of youngsters..(De Laet, Evans)

Midfield is a big concern for Fergie with several new signings to be made. Gourcuff will come in as the creative spark in midfield and will be joined by a tough tackling player. This could be Yaya Toure, or Mascherano. Angel di Maria may be the left winger, which he could be swapped with Nani and some money. Fergie will also need to strengthen his reserve midfield as the likes of Carrick and Fletcher are playing for their careers. Expect moves for Wilson Palacios and Marek Hamsik.

Upfront, United have nothing but Rooney. Their missing the goals of Ronaldo, and the creativity and hard work of Tevez. United will try and sign big, and are looking at David Villa, Karim Benzema, Fernando Torres (Debt at Liverpool could prove to be too much), Diego Milito, Stefan Kiessling, Edin Dzeko and Samuel Eto'o. Not all will be signed but at least one or two.

United are also looking at Eden Hazard and Sergio Canales for the team.

Keep an eye out for this.

Fergie's #2 MP.

Some Barcelona transfer news here:
Should Fabregas join in the summer then Iniesta will be offered to other clubs as they know that having 3 main spanish internationals fighting for 2 spots in the midfield can not be a good thing. Therefore, Iniesta will probably move to either Chelsea, Manchester City (depends if they finish in top 4) or Inter Milan. However, a swap with Manchester United for Vidic may also happen.
Henry has also been linked with a move away, with clubs in the MLS, Bordeaux, and Manchester City and Liverpool apparently fighting for his signature. THIS WON'T HAPPEN. He is still seen as a brilliant player and a good impact on the younger kids, (apparently he has been helping Bojan with his professional side and free kick taking).

A bit of Liverpool news here;

I have a little bit of knowledge that might intrest some Liverpool fans. Expect some news to come out around Feb or March of new investment into the club. I'm not sure who or how much or if Gillet/Hicks will be leaving but I know there is money coming in.
Also, Rafa has been talking to Gerrard, Carragher, Reina, Torres, Mascherano, Johnson and Agger about potential signings. As we know, Torres and Masch recommended Maxi Rodriguez. Gerrard, Carragher and Johnson have recommended that Benitez should pursue Joe Cole as his contract ends in the summer and Chelsea can't guarantee him a game every week. Reina has recommended a few younger players to Benitez, Gai Assulin, Jamie Valdez and Oli Olazabal. They are all playing in the spanish reserve divsion.
Finally, expect a clear out in the summer. The likes of Babel, Aurelio, Kyriakos, Spearing, Itandje will all be on their way and the likes of Pacheco, Dalle Valle, Eccleston will be given a chance.

Kepp an eye on this!!!

Swindon Town will send 'striker' Ben Hutchinson back to Celtic after a very poor loan spell. And he will be replaced by the versatile defender Paul Caddis, also of Celtic, on loan until the end of the season. Danny Wilson is also tracking 6'4 striker Marvin Morgan but faces competition from several clubs. If the club receive a suitable offer for Billy Paynter they may sell as he is out of contract in the summer, and he could be replaced by either Lee Miller of Aberdeen, or Swedish striker David Elm of Fulham. Expect Woking midfielder Harry Arter and Salisbury defender Jamie Turley to sign in the summer, if they continue to impress at there current club. Hasney Aljofree wants to return close to Manchester, so could join either Stockport, Macclesfield or Maybe Crewe. Mark Marshall, Kasali Yinka Casal and Nathan Thompson to go out on loan.

Joe Coles contract runs out in the summer and contract talks have broken down.Iv heard Arsenal are in talks with his agent.I think he would be a perfect signing for Arsenal even better if they get him on the free.Iv heard liverpool and spurs are also intressed. But the way he is playing at the minute ud think no1 would b stupid enough to let him go on a free. But it would be some of Arsenes best buisness if he got cole and chamakh on the free. With all these big clubs in huge debt and arsenal clearing theirs quick i think they'l b the major force again soon.
Also iv heard Birmingham are paying 4 million plus Gary McSheffery for Vitor Moses. We already av Michel and iv heard Stephen Hunt and Younes Kaboul could follow them to the club!!

Celtic. . . . . Big things to happen in this window. No club moves on first team players so quickly trying to free up wages and transfer money without proven players being lined up as first team replacments. With due respect to the big dutch defender he is a gamble. Prepare for 1 or 2 big names coming in. Dont believe the 'keane' story as that would swallow up the whole budget but major dealings imminent!

Expect mass clear out (sales and loans) at Man United between now and the summer, SAF has clearly lost patience with a number of players, who he see's as past it or not up to the desired level, several of the younger players are not at the desired level to play every week, Wellbeck, Gibson, Macheda, and De Laet will all spend some time on loan over the next 12 to 18 months, players leaving will be Neville (retired) Giggs and Scholes will get another year with less game time, Tosic (not made the grade) will be sold after the world cup, he's still highly regarded by the National team coach and SAF is praying he gets some game time and sparks some interest, any bid over £5 mill will probably be accepted, Nani is another SAF has lost patience with and will leave in the summer, the emergence of Obertan has sealed Nani's fate, Berbatov is slowly running out of time, if he can't turn it around this season expect him to move on in the summer, Owen will leave in the summer, the promise shown by new boy Diouff has convinced SAF that he doesn't need £60k a week bench warmer Owen on the payroll.
Vidic will leave in the summer, after a fall out with SAF about his apparent rough house tactics with the youngsters in training, and a dip in form this season SAF will wait for a bidding war between Real, Barca and Inter Milan, Real are the current favourites offering £20 mill plus Garay.
Coming in will be 2 major signings one of either Gourcouf or Silva for the midfield and either Benzema or Villa for the attack

Glazers are well and truly ballsing United up! as all United fans will agree we want them out! a consortium of businessmen who were recently linked with buying the club know that every1 wants them out and that united are on the slide. this is the best time to cum in with an offer to buy the club so they are going to come in with a increased offer in the summer which will see the glazers completely bought out and the massive debt wiped completely(thank christ)!

12 Jan 2010 01:20:00
Some truth, Fabregas is not going anywhere. The same goes for Torres and Gerrard, Liverpool fans would sooner form a mob and go after Hicks and Gillett than to see those two go. On the other hand Rooney could be leaving Man Utd during the summer for a move to Real.
Now to the only information I have. It seems after Hicks Jr.s "intelligent" response to a group of organized LFC fans, Hicks Sr. has been facing a s..t storm. A group of investors seem to find this as a good opportunity to buy his share and try to buy out Gillet as well, so expect a takeover move shortly.

I doubt that forest will be signing anyone in this transfer window, the restrictions on how Billy Davies can spend his money due to the clearance needed from the transfers panel is due to this. Yes they managed to sign 9 players in the summer but, from history, the club has always struggled in the January window and Mark Arthur has already commented on how ruthless this window can be. If moves for players will be made it will be for a centre half, centre midfielder and winger.

Most likely:
Miles Addison Derby
Charlie Adams Blackpool
Radoslaw Majewski Polonia Warsaw
Victor Moses Crystal Palace

Going out will most likely be Aaron Davies, Joe Garner on loan, Brendan Maloney on loan and Matt Thornhill. The exclusion of a reserves team this year means these players are struggling to play regular football.

News from turf moor...

burnley have approached bournemouth about taking eddie howe on as their new manager.

howe is already one of the best young managers in the country, and will take brett pitman to turf moor with him.

the compensation package offered to bournemouth will be enough to lift their transfer embargo and they will look to employ jim harvey as their new boss.

I work at pride park, and word is that clough jnr has been given the next three matches to save his job.

the 'sympathy vote' (i quote) has expired with the board and they want to see an improvement soon otherwise a change at the top will be made.

unconfirmed, but tony mowbray has been seen three times in the last week at pride park. maybe he's close to exiting celtic?

Arsenal News:

If no deal for a striker is done come Jan 29th Arsene has prepared a back up plan that is all ready to be sown up. The Gunners, as a last resort, will sign Ruud Van Nistlerooy of Real Madrid for 6 months on loan. Real have been apparently exceptionally easy to negotiate with as they feel they need to improve their relations with Arsenal due to potential summer dealings (potentials include Clichy, Huntelaar, Higuain, and of course they will try once more for Fabregas). If the crunch comes and no striker has been signed then this deal will be pushed through at the end of the window.

More players chattering in the Ship in Lytham, Lancashire.

A very strong rumour is causing a lot of excitement amongst BLACKPOOL players regarding Ian Holloways next major signing.
CHARLIE ADAM has been working with Holloway for some time to try and bring in his old team mate BILLY MEHMET from St.Mirran.
Adam and Mehmets fellow Ireland team mate; BILLY CLARKE have both recomended him as a perfect player for pool and are both trying to convince Mehmet to make a move into the Championship with Blackpool....Even though a big Scottish team is chasing him at this moment.
6 foot 1" Mehmet is seen as a perfect replacement to Big Ben Burgess upfront and a perfect playing partner for Adam.
Decision from him before the weekend regarding transfer cost and his wages.
