WHY do people get themselves so worked up over the rumours on this page. 'Rumours' by definitiom are just that. There does not have to be any truth whatsoever in a rumour, so folks just accept, that what you are reading are rumours.

Now for some 'rumours'.

SAF is using the 'one signing this Summer' as a ploy to lull other premier leegue managers into a false sense of security. He is in fact working on at least three signings. These will include at least two from the list below:

Sergio Ramos (unhappy at Madrid)
Berbatov (looks as if Tottenham already have a replacement)
Radamel Falcao Garcia Zarate
Bastian Schweinsteiger

Happy rumour Reading.

It is believed that Sunderland have signed Emílson Sanchez Cribari from Lazio for £5 million. His agent has said that he has agreed a four year deal and will sign for the club on the 11th of July. that date has been set as he needs a work permit and that is the date when Sunderland find out if they can get the permit.

I have just come back from Manchester Airport where Ronaldhino and his brother have just arrived for talks. It must be regarding his astronomical deal to City., City to be a top 4 club by next year

As the papers are reporting NUfc will wrap up a £5 million deal for Inler soon, then expect Derdiyok and Seb Larsson to follow. All those smart arses having a pop at Wise and his relationship with Keegan would do well to realise Wisey tried to sign the likes of Arda/Arshavin/Pavlyuchenko/Zhirkov back in January and before the euros, before most of the people who post on here (and Keegan) had even heard of them. Arda deal is still possible as Gala need the cash, they might get Cacapa pxc to sweeten the deal, Juve's interest seems to be waining as they seem a bit short on cash themselves which seems odd for a club there size. Duff/Smith/Ameobi/Emre to leave before the Summers out leaving NUfc's remaining business to be buying a ch from Evans/Cuellar/Dawson/Ferdinand/Amorebieta, who will depend on how much keegan has left from his £20 million budget after signings and the £10 million or so he will scrape together from player sales. Barton will stay, Owen new deal to be agreed once all Summer transfers concluded and NUfc know exactly what there wage situation will be, Owen not bothered about a small token wage cut ie 5kpw deduction as he would still earn 20 kpw more than any other pl club would/could pay him, even his beloved Liverpool will not take him back with Rafa prefering Keane instead. Big Offers for Martins £13 million/Nzogbia £8 million/Milner £9 million might tempt NUfc to sell given the market situation ie if no club is after say Pavlyuchnko and NUfc are convinced they can land him for less than they get for Martins.
Sunderland will make a shock move for Dutch centre back Joris Mathijsen.

They have also given up on the signing of Darren Bent after failing to agree terms.
As usual LFC have been linked with a large number of players this year. This is because Rafa and the club start off with a large number of 'possibilities' an gradually works their way down to priority signings. These are now Barry, Keane and a wide player who I do not know. Word around the club is that there is no longer an interest in the overpriced Bentley so could be any one of Riera, Silva, Arango or Garcia (Sergio).

Sales will still happen. Alonso will leave if Barry arrives, as will Carson, Finnan (Barry deal), and Pennant. In total that will make 6 in (inc Cavalieri, Degen and Dossena) and 7 out (inc Kewell, Riise and Crouch). Thats good business and hugley strengthens the squad for a more sustained titl at the league

It seems Portsmouth's financial situation is not as rosy as you might think, despite their recent spending.

On the very same day they were putting Peter Crouch through a medical, they had to phone the local tax office to ask if they could pay a £1.8 million bill by instalments.

Maybe M. Gaydamek's pockets are not bottomless after all, and we might now see some transfers away from Fratton Park to balance the books.

This one is not 100 percent true but there is a chance.

As some of you will know, Walter Smith is one of Sir Alex's good friends. Anyway, I am closely related to a management figure at Ibrox and he has told me that WS has enquired about taking Corry Evans to Rangers on loan until January and Darren Fletcher on loan until the same period as Barry Ferguson has been injured in training and will be out for around 3/4 months.

Also. I have been told that Rangers will do everything in their power to keep Carlos Cuellar, at least for another season. Now, with the loan signings this means that Sir Alex is getting first refusal on Cuellar when they decide to sell. After all, it was Sir Alex that tipped off WS about him.

As someone has said, Rangers are lining up a bid for Cesar Arzo, this was upon Carlos Cuellar's request and he said that He would love to play next to Amorbieta, another Spanish CB/LB.

Rangers will sign another three players before August and about 5/6 will leave. The three players does not include the loan signings.

David Murray has also been spotted on the boat of a certain Roman Abramovich. I have no idea what this could mean but it is fact.

Mr Bogard.
  Arsenal Transfers/Rumours 2008/2009: –

Ins:

Aaron Ramsey (Cardiff) – £5 million
Samir Nasri (Marseille) – £11–13 million
Amaury Bischoff (Werder Bremem) – £4–5 million
Klass–Jan Huntelaar (Ajax – only if Adebayor leaves) – £18–20 million
Carlos Vela (Granted a work permit)

Outs:

Mathieu Flamini (AC Milan) – Free
Jens Lehmann (Stuttgart) – Free
Alexander Hleb (FC Barcelona) – £13–15 million
Gilberto Silva (Panathinaikos) – £2 million
Emmanuel Adebayor (AC Milan/FC Barcelona – only if the right offer comes in) – £25–30 million
I can absolutely guarantee you that neither Michael Owen or Roberto Carlos will be joining CELTIC. This is crazy speculation that seems to have grown Mills of arms and legs. Celtic have been looking at some big name experienced players this Summer, but overpaid injury–prone players do not fit the bill. Expect Celtic to sign Gabriel Tamas or Martin Stranzl (Lawwell is trying to haggle the fee down. I predict Tamas from Auxerre for £3 million), Vittorio Antunes, Atouba or Rat (Antunes on loan from Roma most likely. Fee for Rat's too high and Atouba wants too much money and is not actually that good), Jerko Leko or Matteo Brighi (Leko more likely if massive clubs do not move for him, £2 million from Monaco), Shaun Maloney (swap for Naylor) and Georgios Samaras (£3 million from Manchester City). Another quality forward if possible, although the likes of Pavlyuchenko are beyond us now. Naylor (Aston Villa), Riordan (Burnley), Sno (Osasuna), Gravesen (Stoke/Hull) and possibly Killen to go. Balde will knock back more good offers to take another £1.5 million out of the club for sitting in the stand. Please no more "cult hero" rubbish.
Expect Espanyol's forward Luis Garcia to sign for 'Tottenham in the next few days, paving the way for a certain Robbie Keane to fill the spot left by Crouch. Personally I am not fussed whether Barry comes or not, as long as Liverpool have either Alonso or Barry, both have quality. I am not sure as to if we will be getting another winger or not.

Expect the Red's formation to be far more fluid than last season – with the two new fullbacks, it will be easy to switch from the 4–2–3–1 that was popular towards the end of last season to a 5–3–2 with Dossena and Degan playing as wing–backs, Gerrard, Mascherano and Alonso/Barry/Lucas/the list goes on holding down midfield, with Keane/Babel and Torres leading the line.
The Barry transfer may now not go ahead as Rafa has realised that MON was serious when he said CASH, and Barry may yet go back to MON and apologise for his actions to ensure he has a team to play for this season. The price as published in several daily papers is £17 million + Finan. Rafa has not got the money unless he sells Alonso. Stump up Rafa, MON has called your bluff. Great signing today of Sidwell and this will be followed by Bentley, Robinson or Green, Migual and Henry. Even though Huddlestone has signed a new contract he will still be tempted by MON. Contracts mean nothing anymore. Guzen is still on the radar as is Hennesey.
Blackburn Rovers look to strengthen their midfield mainly and will try and sign Segundo Castillo, Simon Vukcevic, Ivan Rakitic, Antony Annan, Michael Bradley and Kevin Nolan. Paul Ince will bring in a two new forward to partner santa cruz and he will either sign Cisse or Farfan or Bent and will also bring in a new right back Emanual Eboue. if he gets 4 midfielders two forwards and Eboue he will spend about 35 million as he has 42 million to spend as he has been given £25 million and £17 million from the sale of Bentley.

To end the rumours of David Villa going to Liverpool. Rafa Benitez has told today when he introduced Degen and Dosenna that Villa was a target, but I exclamate the WAS. He is still trying to sign new targets, he does not want to call names accept for Robbie Keane. And it is not because Keane signed a new contract at Tottenham, he can not comme to Liverpool. This happens all the time. And Vincent Lucas Weijl, the 17 year old Dutch forward has been signed as well. Starting of at the reserves. Hope this will clear some things up. And I am a Liverpool fan so believe me it is true.
Dr G.

This season you will see a change in Rafa's transfer policy towards attacking players and he will bring in a proven Premier League forward. Options:
Robbie Keane
Obafemi Martins
Roque Santa Cruz
Outside chance–Berbatov

He will bring in a wide player which will be either
David Silva
Rafael van der Vaart

Liverpool will make two signings from the list above and Gareth Barry.

And yes, despite West Bromwich Albion already have spent £9.9 million they can afford the proposed transfers of their other targets.
I have it on good authority that Adebayor will move to AC Milan in a player + cash deal. Arsenal will recieve £20 mil' + Yoann Gourcuff. Remember where you heard this. 49 Unbeaten
Big news Man United fans. talk of buying Huntelaar is a smokescreen as Fergie wants to sign the duo of Ronaldinho and Eto'o and is willing to offer Ronaldo to FC Barcelona as part of the deal.
Hibernian Striker will join West Bromwich for £4 million+ Craig Beattie. West Bromwich Albion initially offered 2. 8 + Beattie, but Hibernian wanted £5 million and have now accepted £4 million+ Beattie.
I'm from Scotland and have two of the biggest fan base clubs to choose from in Rangers and Celtic, however I am a fanatical Newcastle fan

So all the Everton and Tottenham fans saying they have a bigger fan base, I disagree. There are loads of people worldwide that are Newcastle fans, the unfortunatley the same cannot be said about Everton and Tottenham. fact.

NUfc Rumours

Riquelme £7 million
Aimar £6 million
Arda Turan or Reyes £5 million– £11
C Cuellar £7 million
Gudjohnsen £5 million
Gilberto Silva £2.5 million

Owen and Martins going no where
Abdoulaye Faye is on his way to Stoke for around £2 million, and a deal for Jon Walters from Ipswich is also likely to be completed by the end of the week. Now that Hull have agreed terms for Boateng, Stoke will win the race for Olofinjana from Wolves.
Keith Andrews is reportdaly agreed to join Birmingham City in £1 million deal. Also David Nugent is wanted on loan by Mcleish but Nugent wants a permanent move because of kanu new deal and signing of Crouch
Newcastle a one club City. not hard to fill the seats. Everton have another club to compete with. it's sooo hard for them. LIVERPOOL FC DONT FIND IT HARD TO BE A BIG CLUB IN A CITY WITH TWO CLUBS NOW do THEY, INfact THEY FIND IT TOO EASY TO BE A MASSIVE CLUB. Rumours now: Everton may indeed be interested in Owen, although it will not happen this year due to him wanting to see how Keegan can affect the Newcastle over a season. Expect a short contract extension to be signed shortly. Arteta will not be wanted by anyone, not to say he's a bad player, but common sense says there are a huge number of players around the world that are both more talanted and a good deal cheaper at the same time. With good old AJ off to Wigan, expect the money to spent on D. Bent from Tottenham. That would be an excellent bit of business for all concerned. Tottenham will continue spending on quality players although only a couple before the window shuts, with additions in jan. Newcastle, well. that is anyones guess. Do not think many saw the Gutierrez deal coming, and you can bet that this will be followed up with more attacking players. Surprises in store, that is for sure.
My wife works at Emirates and here is the plan for Arsenal. Do not believe the Arsahvin nonesense. Ins:

What will Arsenal do about GK? Arsene is convince Almunia is good enough to start season and that Fabianski will be ultimately ready, Mannone good enough to be third keeper.

Defensive mid? It took three years for Flamini and now Arsene thinks that Diaby and or Denilson will be ready, with Fran Merida in a couple.
Anybody who thinks Seb Larsson or James McFadden are leaving Birmingham are wrong. Sullivan has already stated that neither player will be leaving st. andrews in the next 12 months. Also, expect kapo to be heading to the JJB with possibly a money + player exchange, it being rumoured to be kilbane, Ryan Taylor or Jason Koumas.

Fulham will today announce the signings of Bobby Zamora from the Hammers and Carlos Cuellar from Glasgow Rangers. My Uncle is the agent negotiating both deals.

Happy times ahead at The Cottage
Sensational news coming from St. James Park is that Michael Owen will sign for Scottish champions Celtic in a deal which will see Aiden McGeady join The Magpies in 2009. Michael Owen wants Champions League Football and as none of the BIG 4 in England are interested he will give it a blast in Scotland for at least one season.
From a very good source in Portugal (journalist of A Bola Magazine) I have heard that Luis Boa Morte could be on the verge of returning to Portugal.
Second Division team Foz do Arelho have put in an major offer.
The team is like Chelsea bought by a wealthy Russian and he wants to go to the first division.
Luis wants to go back because he is from the region of Lissabon and has family just living a couple off miles away in Caldas Da Rainha.
Arsenal will sign Huntelaar, Nasri and Arshavin using the money from the Hleb and Adebayor sales. Another shrewd bit of business from Wenger
Newcastle will not be signing Arshavin as I posted yesterday. I have since received confirmation from a friend at St. James Park that KK will be signing David Bentley and Jenas will also be returning. Also signing will be Port Vales forward Marc Richards.
Mick Tait
Some of the people putting rumours on this site are funny. I mean, comparing the size of their clubs? What does it matter what those clubs have done in the past. It's what happens next season that counts. Man United Rumours: Chris Eagles will move to Burnley, probably for around £1.2 million. Saha will stay. As will Ronaldo. Huntelaar has not been approached by any representative of Man United. David Villa is being looked at, due to his performances in the Euros. However Rafa Benitez is also considering him, if his bid for Robbie Keane is rejected. Man United will only buy big once this Summer, because of this they can afford to splash out, as Feguson has the full backing of the Glazers. David Villa for around the £20 million mark, Bastian Schweinsteiger for 10 (not a big signing), or Karim Benzema for £25 million. James.
Liverpool's transfers are as good as completed with just fine details needing to be ironed out.
Coming in will be:

Gareth Barry – Expect the final fee to be 'Undisclosed' so neither manager 'loses face' though the fee will be in the £15 million–£17 million range incuding Finnan.

Robbie Keane – £16 million fee with up to £3 million in add–ons if certain targets are reached.

David Silva – £15 million, agreed about a week and a half ago, anounced when Silva returns from holiday.

Marko Marin – Still early stages for this one, though contact has been made with the club and agent.

Degen, Dossena and Cavalieri are all sealed.
Total expenditure – Approximately £62 million

Sales:
Carson – £4.5 million – Stoke
Itandje – £2 million – Galatasaray
Riise – £4 million – Roma
Pennant – £4 million – Bolton
Alonso – £14.5 million – Juve
Crouch – £10.5 million – Portsmouth
Total recouped – £39.5 million
Net spend – £22.5 million approx.

I am not happy that someone has been posting using my name. I can officially say that Adebeyor and Hleb will definitely be leaving, Arshavin will not sign but Martins is 99 percent likely to replace Adebeyor. Please ignore what that other person has been posting.

The Toffe who said "Ronaldinho being offered £200K a week wages is stupid, unbelievable". It's not actually that simple. City will actually only pay him £60K a week (the top of the wage cap). Nike will pay the rest of the fees and will get their money back through a large percent age of Merchandising (shirt sales, the dinho range of sports gear, video games etc, etc) and appearance fees at special events.

AC Milans President is a wind up merchant and their own fans are getting annoyed with his constant press stories that change on a daily basis.

It's still possible that Dinho may sign for AC or for Chelsea but it is also still possible that he may sign for City.

As for Micah Richards moving to Man United. Not going to happen, especially not this season.

City still need to get rid of about six players

Kasper Schem – Said he wanted to leave, If he does, expect a new keeper who is 34+. Brad Freidel has been mentioned but Blackburn do not want to let him go.

2 defenders will go Matt Mills this transfer window – a few Championship and League One clubs have been sniffing around. Danny Mills is on the Injury table so it is hard to see him going until the January window.

Expect Shaleum Logan to go back out on loan.

That leaves City needing 1 centre back (said to be Ben Haim) and 1 left Back (Wayne Bridge and Nadir Belhadj have been linked)

Castillo may be sent back to Shaktar.
Kelvin Etuhu to go out on loan
1 defensive midfielder to come in (no links yet)
1 Right Mid (Bentley £17 million and Shaun Wright–Phillips £10 million have been linked but there will be stiff competition for them both)

4 forwards to leave, Corradi may be going to Reggina, Bianchi to Torino, Samaras to Celtic and Vassell to a newly promoted team.

Caicedo and Evans to go out on loan

Diego Milito may come in

Approx total,
7 out
5 in
4 out on loan

  Serious Everton Talk

David Moyes will be walking if Bill Kenwright does not geth him the funds he needs to take the team forward next season. From what my sources tell me because of the amount injuries the Everton squad David Moyes has been quoted as saying 'At this rate Bill do not be surprised if we get relegated' 'Get me or the money or I am off'

Now Steve round the new assistant was not hired by Moyes he is going to be the caretaker manager if Moyes leaves the club.
A snippet of information from a Belgian journalist that I know quite well is that Kermit Erasmus (South African), a forward aged 18 years is due to join Manchester City from Feyenoord. Erasmus has been likened to Romario (Brazillian legend) and has the same playing style as Wayne Rooney. Watch out for him.

Also, following the African connection – I am informed that Blackburn maybe giving a trial to 18 year old Basimanebotlhe Moilwa of Cosmos Blizzards in Botswana.
Watch out for the Liverpool pre–season game against Tranmere. There will be two big names present in stadium, Eto'o and Ronaldinho. Guess why? This is not rumour or wish. It will happen in front of the press and will be on the media after the game. The guy that said Ronaldinho's agent was seen in a restaurant with Rick Parry is totally right. There are discussions going on behind the scene. Liverpool will surprise the football world before the start of the season with these additional mega signings – Eto, Ronaldinho, Barry, Quaresma and Silva. Who said Liverpool did not have the money
Arsenal do look set to sign Arshavin to replace. The "unnamed" £19 million bidder was supposedly the Gunners. Along with Nasri, arshavin, bischoff, maybe de la red, and a forward if Ade goes (50–50.)
As I stated earlier on in the Summer Peter Crouch will sign for Portsmouth as he told me so. So more news for the red half of Merseyside one of our family friends recently went on a trip to America and obtained George Gilletts telephone number he rang his offices and was invited down for a chat. (There was an article in the Liverpool Echo a few weeks ago to prove this.) Anyway I was speaking to him over the weekend and he was telling me that George assured him there will be a few decent signings made this Summer and Liverpool are very busy in the market. Rafa does have backing from the both Americans and does have a decent budget to spend this Summer and is looking to add two or three world class players to the current squad he did not say if they would sign for definite but the three world class players were Silva Villa and Barry. (I would not class Barry as world class myself but he is a very good player.) He also stated that the new stadium will be open for the start of the 2011 season.

Big G
YNWA.
I have big news about the "Keegan", He will resign in the morning, the club will say that it is by Mutual consent however the "Ashley" is furious that the "Keegan" has walked out on them. Expect a less than big name appointment on a temp basis maybe Gerard Houlier just to steady the ship.
Michael Dawson is at the City Ground, Nottingham, for talks regarding a season long loan at his former club. I understand that Forest, who are not short of decent centre backs, are in talks with Hartlepool about the £300,000 sale of Ian Breckin to the North East, and have been contacted by Wigan over the availability of Wes Morgan. Dawson would be an obvious choice to replace either or perhaps both of these two.
Why is every1 saying Everton have no money. this WRONG. Everton are not buying anyone becasue the board think the the stadium plans come first. when this is sorted Everton will sell Johnson for £10 million and but a holding midfielder and winger and a forward.

Milito 8.5 mil
m. topie from galatasary 6 mil
SWP/jauquin

these rumours are true honestly
I have an exquisite source within Celtic Park, and a family connection who has some good info within Aston Villa. Martin O'Neill has lost patience with Liverpool and will not sell him to Rafa Benitez, not this Summer at least. Instead he will send him on loan to Celtic, for one season. Barry gets his chance to prove himself in the Champions League, and O'Neill gets to prove a point in that stubborn manner of his (as a Celtic season ticket holder during his tenure I can safely vouch for that, he kept picking Rab Douglas.) Barry will agree as it is his only hope of getting first team football this season, Randy Lerner (what a name) is backing his manager 100 percent in his refusal to select the "disloyal" player.
Tottenham have already signed modric, Dos Santos and Gomes which means Ramos will make way for Paul Robinson and chimonda to leave White Hart Lane. Other defenders like young pyo and kaboul will also leave. These sum of players will all add up to roughlt 25 milllion. The money gathered will be spent on A. Ferdinand and palychenko. It's commom sense. Tottenham for Champions League next season. Ramos Revolution.
Michael Mifsud's name is being mentioned to Birmingham by scouts. Sunderland and Rangers are also monitoring the ace. He will be available for £2 million. Coventry will sell for the correct price.

Bobby Zamora is being tracked by Queens Park Rangers and Crystal Palace with Birmingham also tailing the the Hammers target man. Clubs could struggle on the price though as the Hammers will only sell for around £5 million.

Gaston Sagnoy is being tracked by Birmingham.

IF my rumours are published I'll be surprised. 10–06–08. Not because they are untrue but because this site posts some of my rumours on the second/or third day after I post them.
  Tottenham rumours

Ramos wants a team that will challenge the top 4 so he will be getting rid of all the dead–wood once and for all–

outgoing will be – stalteri, lee, Gardner, Robinson, tainio, zokora, chimbonda, assou–ekotto, rocha, kaboul, malbranque is a suprise but apparently Fiorentina are interested in his services.

incoming will be Huntelaar (if Berbatov goes he will be overed a lot of game time where as if he goes to Man United or another top club it will be harder for him to get a game), kompany to cover for king, a defensive midfielder which will be one of the following – Nigel De Jong, David albelda, Christian Poulsen, Ruben de la red who can be offered more game time than at Real Madrid. they could make a cheeky enquiry for senna ubt that is unlikely to be successful, Ramos also wants afourth forward which could e one of kerzhakov who he worked with at Sevilla, Sergio Garcia, Fredi kanoute, eidur Gudjohnson, a left winger is also still needed and Ramos is looking at Diego capel, Mark Gonzalez (former Liverpool player), Andres Guardado, Alberto riera and finally the deal for Gomes is sealed but Ramos wants good back up and does not want to keep Robinson so he will look at a few young keepers such as oscar ustari, igor akinfeev, guilherme ochoa
Ajax already agree with FC Arsenal £23 million euro 1 week and a half ago for Klaas Huntelaar and has signed for them, you have been told nothing yet because Arsenal will tell in press with Nasri and veloso on Friday 11, I work for Ajax ground and all know this
Andy Johnson will join Wigan from Everton for £10 million within 10 days. Everton will then target Diego Milito, Darren Bent or Dean Ashton as his replacement. Everton will also let Arteta go to Athletico for £16 million or £12 million and Reyes on a seaon long loan, and then Everton will then get Aaron Lennon for £7 million, shaun wright–phillips for £10 million or David Bentley for £15 millioniion. Everton will then sign Darren Fletcher for £6 millioniion as Moyes has promised him first team football and Alex Ferguson cannot promise him that at United. TRUST ME
I have heard That Kenywen Jones is going to Liverpool on a four year deal in place of Crouch for 16.5 mil
BLUE4LIFE just to let you know your informant knows nufing as engelaar of twente signed for shalcke2weeks ago so I thnk we can rule out your rumours. I am here up in Glasgow and there is major rumours going round today even reported on the local radio station that Roberto Carlos was in Glasgow airport this morning looking very happy. When asked if he had signed for Celtic he replied 'maybe'
