Izale Mcleod set to go out on loan being unhappy as a sub at MK Dons, PI apparently knows the player well and it is rumoured he may be interested in taking a punt on him to bring him to the seaside at sunny Blackpool and give him a run out with a view to a possible deal come January

angryman

1.) 17 Sep 2013 16:18:02
Why do you think he doesn't play, he's awful!

2.) I was passing on information not banging the drum for him to come in

3.) Perhaps not surprising, but you have to earn the right to play and be first choice. apart from the Sunderland goal, i'm has disappointed ie. he should have one at least of two great chances on Saturday v Notts County.
That said he does bring a decent option to the team as a sub, so we will lose something if he leaves and should PB get injured or Chelsea recall him, we would then be struggling. keep scanning the horizion Robbo. surely Sammy will not want to stay with a club in the relegation zone?

4.) 19 Sep 2013 08:16:56
"PI apparently knows the player well" - How would that be? They spent about two weeks together before Ince flogged him to Charlton in 2007. He's not going anywhere for the time being.

5.) 20 Sep 2013 23:45:50
Sorry, Izale Mcleod is not good enough to get into the Blackpool team at present.

6.) 06 Oct 2013 23:56:27
"Sorry, Izale Mcleod is not good enough to get into the Blackpool team at present. "

Because Blackpool are scoring for fun!

Midfielder, Stoke to Everton. Within 2 days watch it happen

angryman

1.) Which stoke midfielder?? if you thinking nzonzi, your talking nonsense!

2.) Who then? If there's any truth it this. it better not be N'Zonzi. unless or until we sign a quality replacement. his attitude let's hime down. wouldn't miss that side of him but he is quality

3.) Who then?

4.) Does Midfielder have a name?

5.) Who?

N'Zonzi? Adam? Who?

6.) That's complete and utter rubbish. None of stokes midfielders that we'd be willing to sell are good enough for Everton. N'Zonzi has been told he can't leave, if that is what you're trying to imply.

7.) Player, one team to another. Before deadline watch it happen.

8.) Hope its whelan!

9.) Whelan played incredible against Walsall last night.

10.) Whelan may have played ''incredible'' against Walsall but that is about his standard 1st Division! Get rid as soon as possible, play Nzonzi cdm and sign a proper play maker and the midfield would not be to far away, then just a decent striker or 2 Agduelo is looking very, very good at the moment, but January might be a bit late.

11.) Whelan is a good midfielder maybe not the best but i'd prefer to keep him. Nzonzi would be a waste in CDM as that's not his position. We do need a striker that can score goals but Hughes is working on that.

Just had a phone call from my colleague who has confirmed a deal with Villa for Barry Bannon has been agreed and a possible for Defouneso which may be a loan deal, details a bit sketchy, apparently Bannan in for a medical today! {Ed001's Note - I assume you mean for Blackpool?}

angryman

1.) Banan is true I think but not sure over delfoun

2.) I do so hope this is true 2 wgaes saved at AVFC

3.) Yes Ed I meant for Blackpool

4.) If blackburn won't pay the agent then blackpool 100% definitely won't pay agents.

5.) If blackburn would not pay the Bannons agent of then there would no chance what so ever of blackpool paying na agent.

Apparently there are a few rumours flying around Bloomfield Rd, there are allegedly 4 new faces coming in, although three of them are likely to be K. O's. A central midfielder with premiership pedigree. Also heard about LB from Fulham as a possibility but there is more to the midfielder and gathering pace

angryman

1.) This has some substance to it, think that Stephen Hunt is in talks, the LB from Fulham has being mentioned on this site earlier, hopefully a RB will come in as well.

just a little note for Dripswich Paul and Huddersfield nobody, Can I ask, where are you CURRENTLY sitting in the league table? Can you remind me as I cannot see that far down the league.

angryman

1.) Like you said talk to me at the end of the season not after 4 games just repeating what you said or have you forgot that now Paul itfc

2.) No I have not forgotten at all my friend I just thought I would share something I found amusing with you, I do hold true to the fact it is a marathon and not a sprint it just seems we were at the front when we all set off and you as usual were hanging around at the back hoping to find something from somewhere, anyway enjoy the rest of the season and look forward to a promotion push back to the championship next season

New day, new rumours, new suggestions and same old names being touted round. As it stands at the minute I believe Billy Sharp is signing for 17 different clubs, all from someone in the know. I have also heard and read that Matt Phillips Blackpool's winger with the broken arm is allegedly signing for at least 4 clubs, all done deals just waiting to be announced. I want to know how, if a player is injured, he is going to be likely to be able to prove his fitness and pass a medical considering he has not trained properly for weeks and weeks. Now on the back of thatb I want to know what the point is of people making these spurious claims and expecting people to swallow them. With the best will in the world I do not envisage the majority of people to believe some of the stuff they are reading, however there may be a small minority who jump on the bandwagon. I have merely used 2 players as examples in this but anyone who like me reads this site regularly and pays attention to what is said will know there are many more. Please people if you are going to post, make it worthwhile and put something with substance, otherwise don't waste our time with your fabricated guff!

Thanks

angryman

{Ed001's Note - Downing joined Villa while long term injured, Carroll joined Liverpool while also suffering a long term injury. If you took the time to do some research, instead of venting your anger, you would see it happens a fair bit. The medical is not about basic fitness, that can be gained through hard work on the training pitches. They are more looking for long term issues with health, bone damage, organ damage etc that can cause problems.}

1.) That is as may be Ed and it was not the main focus of my post it was more about people's fantasy rumours, every time that a [layer becomes available or is doing well then every man and his dog is wanting to sign them allegedly because of a true source close to the club, more often than not a 'man in the pub said'! I apologise Ed if my slight rant offended but surely people can see where I am coming from

{Ed001's Note - I do understand where you are coming from, with that. But you did ask how an injured player can be moving club, so I provided you with an answer to the question mate.}

2.) No worries (big grin)

{Ed001's Note - I probably should have pointed that out to be fair, sorry.}

So People are excited about the potential signing of Ricardo Fuller, an ex preston player who is now 33 years old, I realise that we are short of players and need to rebuild but really, is this the sort of signing to get excited about or is he just another player looking for appearance money? He also will not get a huge amount of that here at the seaside but I would rather see investment in younger players to strengthen rather than older players at the wrong end of their careers who will sign for nothing just to fill a squad number.

angryman

1.) If I was you I'd take what you can Paul itfc

2.) That will be because you are a Dripswich fan and to be honest we should be aiming for more than this Paul, all joking aside I have been reliably informed that it would already been a done deal if he could have got his gut under the table to allow him to be close enough to it to sign the contract. Some once proud clubs are going down the pan due to greedy owners taking what they can from the club instead of investing in the future of our game from grass roots level up. I have been involved in youth football up until the end of last season for the last 11 years and there is nothing feeding down to that level. Clubs are not willing to invest in youth and the future, the odd ones do and I take my hat off to them but it seems to be a depressing downward spiral for a lot of clubs. OK at Blackpool we have a sound financial base due to the chairman being very frugal, but the fans pay their money week after week and as such deserve to be treated better and given something to cheer. I was there on Saturday and to be honest I felt we were lucky to get something from the game at all, it is not down to PI he has limited resources to work with, but with the greatest respect to the guy when you bring Neal Bishop on to try and do something I am afraid that says it all. (Now climbing off my soapbox after venting my spleen). I may get involved in a little banter from time to time but I see this as a more serious issue, a cancer which is eating OUR game and I am at a loss to what we can do to make improvements for all football fans.

3.) This is a sad fact that Angryman has brought up. It extends as far as the national team as well. One, well the only decent thing to have come out of our sad demise over the last few years is the youth set up which is now producing some good young players that will be breaking into the first team. Needs must, and I must admit to having been sceptical about our involvment in the accademy set up, still am really, but have to also say there are great benefits. In this day and age clubs in the lower divisions also need to branch out as far as they can to create income that may not be directly football related, sugar daddys may be great in the short term, but they will get their money back and then run, the fans matter not!

4.) For once I agree and until the fa prem league do something about it things are not going to change but I'm afraid money talks and the sad fact is, it won't As long as there still getting there back handlers its f** k the lower leagues were more interested in the champions league then the state of English football Paul itfc

5.) Damn you angry man i'm going to have to agree with you, our national game is in a terrible state the whole lot from the prem to the conference are in debt our national team is a joke (gawd help us if we lose tonight)It needs the whole thing to crash and start again, even the big clubs only survive because of rich benefactors man u /city/chelsea would all go bust if the man at the top pulled the plug.

Well I have just been down on the beach and saw Maximus leading the donkeys out down there and handing them over to a strange troll like creature, turned out to be Simon Grayson. Alsp saw Mick Mcarthy following the donkeys and shovelling something into a bag so it looks like he is collecting the new Dripswich signings, more 'sh*te' for them.
Major announcement from Huddersfield Town today which will make all their fans happy. They are NOT currently in the relegation zone. Big news and congratulations for them.
To all Tangerines I wish a happy day, and the rest of you can feck off!

angryman

1.) To all tangerines that must be all 10 of them paulitfc

2.) Also mr McCarthy was only shovelling up the s it so you can sign it from us lol Paul itfc

3.) I thought maximouth was the only cretin following the oranges! ipswich and huddersfield will both finish above the oranges as will every other team in the championship. bye bye girls

4.) U got that wrong. I don't follow oranges. you colour blind? I can see you watchin huddersfield v leeds. and leeds score. up jump up with your poor sight.
get to spec savers.

also heard top looking bird in huddersfield is mandy dingle.

maximus

5.) Oh dear ladies, sorry have I offended you? Udders and Dripswich finishing above us? I think not and as for us buying your dross Dripswich, get a grip man, they are sick of riding tractors and wondered what a team bus was like so is it any wonder players leave Portaloo Rd?

6.) Isnt it funny you don't post your name.
huddersfield fan. I've been told its fanny. is this true. francis?

Current news from Bloomfield Rd - Apparently Gareth Bale was seen having an ice cream at the Zoo so he is clearly signing for Blackpool, either that or the monkeys were being fed. Maximus, I feel we may have upset Paul from Dripswich, ir was clearly not my intention as I was raised correctly by my parents not to mock the afflicted, however, I am concerned at him keep mentioning school holidays. You don't think he is staying up late and eating too many sweeties do you? His mummy probablyy won't be happy if he is, anyway all those e-numbers will not help his concentration when he goes to big school. Not to worry I think he types well for a child of 6.

angryman

1.) Judged by this, you have yet to start school!
