Does anyone else think Swansea should try and get a relationship going with Barcelona, i mean because of their very similar passing play. A deal could see players like Rafa Alcantara, Sergio Roberto, Muniesa, Deulofeu and Alex Grimaldo.

Too late, Arsenal already have one with Barca. It is a one way arrangement.

Dicanio is set to leave he is now blaming Flint for the loss against Oxford.He will continue to throw his toys out of the pram.
Will end in tears with Board at Swindon sacking him.
Coventry beckons {Ed003's Note - I couldn't believe his latest man management episode,he does things different that's for sure}

Believable4 Unbelievable3

The board will not sack Di Canio he's done more in the time he's been at Swindon than the last 4or5 managers get off is back. All he wants is the players to earn the wages they are on,and give 100%

An embarrassed Millwall are finally seeing sense over the transfer of Danny N'Guessan. The player first went to Charlton at the end of last season having been told by Millwall that he no longer figured in their plans and could leave in the summer. After four goals in seven games Millwall changed their minds and then wanted a fee for him asking their local rivals Charlton for £150K. Charlton refused and waited it out, knowing that Millwall do not want the player and the he no longer wants to play for them.

When N'Guessan was transfer listed this summer, he told Millwall officials that he wanted to join Charlton. Several clubs enquired about him and more than one made an offer but N'guessan stuck to his guns and refused to sign. It now looks as if he will join Charlton on loan once the window opens.

I dont understand Watford, I thought you had a limit of both long term and short term loan deals from one club? Regardless of affiliations?

Believable2 Unbelievable2

I was trying to find when the emergency loan window closes (4th Thursday in November). I spotted reg 52.3.2. FL regs allow 4 loan players from one club plus another youth loan from the same club. I think Watford have 10 from Udinese. {Ed001's Note - check again, it only refers to 'domestic loans'. International loans are classed as temporary transfers, they are not covered by the regulation.}

Apart from the top 5 teams who as got the best strike force in premier league now transfer window closed

Believable2 Unbelievable0

Depends who you class as top 5, newcastles looks good if ba and cisse keep playing the way they can, liverpools could be great with suarez and borrini but they have no cover and stoke with owen and crouch together(barring injury) will be strong

I would class Top 5 as both Manchesters, Chelsea, Arsenal & Tottenham. So I would definitely say Newcastle. Though Everton look strong with Jelavic and Mirallas.
