Well, for starters Sissoko is defiantly not going to stoke because why and when would they play him because they have a strong defensive Midfield: Jermaine Pennant, Wilson Palacios, Marc Muniesa (new signing)

Sly sports coverage of deadline day was a joke. Do they assume everyone supports Man Utd, Arsenal or Spurs? There's 92 league clubs believe it or not! It is a shame though they didn't go to Syd James's sports direct arena to watch all the comings and goings. It would have made classic comedy viewing to watch no cars going in or out and all the supporters shouting for Ashley, Pardew and Kinnear out! Looking forward to watching them going down next season

I am happy with the signings that Hughes has brought in they're good deals but can someone please explain to me why he got rid of Cameron Jerome and Florent Cuvelier. We never brought in a real replacement striker for Jerome and I thought Cuvelier was a good prospect.

We can read this two ways
1, either we've signed someone but waiting to see if the paperwork has been received by the FLA
2, it's not sissoko as he put in to terminate his contract so surely RFC would be keen to announce his signing.
It would be fair to say no one is joining and now we wait for the excuses
I feel for NA who stated he wanted 3 in and has been left with egg on his face
I hope I'm wrong and an announcement will be made saying we've got 2 loans and a perm in sissoko. But I can't see it
I feel let down as a royals fan

There are calls for Reading to be up front as regards desires and ambitions. The fans were told that there is no need to sell the better players anymore with the Zingarevich arrival, so Kebe and Mariappa are shipped out.
The much loaded comments from Zingarevich that they wouyld sign between 5 and 7 players in the close season, pre-window shutting period has proved to another classic ruse to sell season tickets.
Nigel Adkins continually saying that he will strengthen in three areas before the window closes that too, as usual with Reading Failed to materealise, Adkins is said to be enraged at the petty way Hammond has gone about the business during this window and harsh words were spoken yesterday when Hammond's lame "transfer in" tactics were heavily critisised by Adkins siting the Madejski "don't spend a penny regime" that still cancers the club.
