Jmaie Murphy and Humphrey are two different types of player, and will do different roles, Murphy scored more goals, but that is SPL level.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Wrong Murphy can play more roles, he can play both sides of the wing, or as a striker or behind the front two were he has played a lot this year and done well.He is a better player than Humphrie, if he was so good Scotland would have tried to cap him since his Mum is from Kilmarnock.

Its good news and bad for Rams fans this month. Derby as things stand do look to have the war for both Hughes and Brayford. But in a surprising twist of events will let Frank Fielding go to Southampton for £1m and 9 goal top goal scorer Theo Robinson who is being tracked by Celtic, Reading, Wigan and Aston Villa with £1.25m being enough to see the Rams cash in. Derby will replace Fielding with Mat Ryan a young Australian keeper. Derby will make a move for Johnny Russell but if they fail to land the exciting striker then they could make a move for Billy McKay.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Derby are still interested in Scotland and Kilmarnock keeper Cammy Bell, who could sign pre contract and be a Derby player in six months.Lets face it the last player they got from them was Bryson, and he is taking the championship bye storm.

Plymouth argyle..... Transfer window starts.we sack manager, we place larreiu in temp charge who has less experience than fletcher. The players didn't play for fletch so why they gunna play for his number two.. Can't see us signing anyone of any worth in this window. Am really unsure what Brent's plans are. He needs to pull his head out his arse and realise how much money he will lose if we get relegated which is looking more likely every time I read what's happening at home park from one day to the next. Brent we need a manager with experience not the two he has just promoted. He needs to realise the players we have are not good enough and the transfer window is only open for a month. Get a manager in ASAP. Before its too late

Grayson not a championship manager. Proven with Leeds utd . And bringing 2 sick note loan strikers in stupid management.
Grayson good bye.
And the strike we need is a proven championship one. Not like Bedford who is only proven in league 1

Believable3 Unbelievable2

Lee Clarke took you from a mid table league 1 team to a team challenging for promotion, you wanted him out, then Grayson got you promoted and now you want him out, are Southampton calling for Adkins to be sacked because there near the bottom of the league, no, show some loyalty

Agree8 Disagree1

Lee Clark was sacked because his tactical awareness was lousy at best and we were unbeaten for 43 games however something 27 were draws, he didn't perform in the big games (including the playoffs) for example leaving Rhodes on the bench for the final and playing 451 (his away team) when we had brought 34k fans and posh had brought 12k so it was more of a home game!

Grayson proved his credentials of getting teams out of league 1 but apart from clayton, lynch, Dixon and Norwood, his acquisitions have been awful plus we aren't playing good football with the centre backs attempting to find the centre forwards with one long ball and on top of that, we aren't grinding out wins with Grayson continuing to play centre backs as wing backs and centre midfielders as wingers.

So I can see exactly why Hoyle could be on the verge of sacking Grayson and I can certainly see why Clark went so why settle with a league 1 playing style in the championship and with managers such as o'Driscoll, Davies and even Curbishley available why not move towards a more passing mentality?

Agree5 Disagree0

I have an idea and i know its radical , how about we support grayson and cut him some slack, lets go further and stop acting like spoilt children who have had their toys taken away, think on this man u were 1 game away from sacking fergie.lets build something for a change.how would we like it if every time things didnt go right at work the press and fellow workers called for our head, stay with him and get behind the team even when it goes horribly wrong (the fans were great at leicester)it will come good and we will stay up.UP THE TOWN.big red.

No Motherwell fan would like Humphrey to leave the club, he is on fire at present, like most wingers, he will have off days, but in the last 7 games he has been unplayable at time. Boro would love a player like him. Middlesbrough, would be the perfect club to advance Humphreys game.

Believable0 Unbelievable3

If Jamie Murphy can only find a move to Sheffield United, cant see the Jamaican moving to a higher level with Boro.Murphy has been one of there best players over the last four years, still do not think the deals done yet, and Huddersfield might still come in for him.

Feel sorry for McInnes because hes in a no win situation. Cant see anyone coming to a doomed side and current crop wanting out before the drop. The board need to act NOW and start looking for a messiah. The last messiah walked on water and I think City's new one will have to as well cus otherwise he will be up to his neck in it.
