Despite wage trimming at Ipswich there will be finances available to Jewell in the summer to strengthen if the right player is available. Pearce and Ward from Pompey remain on the radar. Scott Loach could arrive from Watford or Neil Alexander could return from Rangers. Expect a striker from lower leagues to join, Jordan Rhodes still has a soft spot for town but will probably go to Premier League side.

Must say very very well played today ... 3-1 maybe made it look cruel and un even matched but you Defintley played very well ... All the best for getting as high as possible in the Leuage ... Your manager ... Your players Defintley a credit to British football
And not meaning to sound sarcastic but good luck holding Your wingers ... If I had it my way it would be between dyer, newcastles hatem Ben arfa and hoillett ... To come to come to spurs if we get Cl... And sigurdsoon .... I'd sign Him if you can what a great long shot he has

Stuart Beavon will sign for Doncaster in the summer
Unless he is on the books of McKay, played for a premiership club, considers himself a "Glory boy superstar & can pose on the ball to slow to a stand still any counter attack" & don't forget has to be over thirty (& even retired three years ago!) it is very unlikely. Did I forget if Saunders has ever heard of him outside of his "click" of mates within the game & the media.

I'm sure Stuart is a decent player, but would he want to ruin his career at the moment. At least wait till Saunders & McKay are gone at the start of next season when Rovers are bottom of league 1 & John Ryan has heard enough of Saunders out!

Having failed now three times to win the Conference, Non League Luton Town, will reinstall their plastic pitch and ban away supporters to give them back, the unfair advantage they had in the 1980's. There is also talk on the pitch being moved 30 degrees to the left so they are no longer in the shadow of Watford FC

Dalglish has to go. He is out of touch with modern football and the way he set his team up to be humiliated at Newcastle today is the final straw. Why can my fellow kopites not see he is a poor fake as a manager? Henderson,Downing = 36m, on the bench, Carroll 35m = flog him back to them if they will pay anything. Very disapointed Kopite since 1967. YNWA
