This week will see movements on the transfers of mulumbu and odemwingie transfer. Owen hargreaves to be signed as a risky mulumbu replacement and leaving west brom in desperate search for a striker. Kenny miller, emile heskey, and leon best all very strongly linked.

I work close to but not for the club and know all this as very strong news coming out of the hawthorns
------------------
You have to be a dingle, neither player is leaving. Good try

Believable1 Unbelievable1

Owen Hargreaves is signing for Brighton. It was in 3 papers yesterday.

Agree0 Disagree2

If it was in the papers it must be true... they found a WW2 bomber on the moon once. FACT

Agree0 Disagree0

I will eat my hat if Hargreaves signs for Brighton.......

Agree0 Disagree0

Did they really find WW2 bomb on the moon? I heard they found one off coast of Essex. Amazing realy isn't it.

Agree0 Disagree0

Wot paper woz it in then. I didn't see it in then. I got 2 papers yesterday the star and sport and did not see it in either of them.

Agree0 Disagree0

Rupurt Murdoch would have a field day with you two....numbs...

Agree0 Disagree0

WOW You read a different class of paper if it wasn't in the Sunday Star or Sunday Sport.

Agree0 Disagree0

I believe EVERYTHING I read in the papers. EVERYTHING is true.

Agree0 Disagree0

Yep it's true, they found a WW2 bomber on the moon. I'd have read more but i got sidetracked by some bird with enourmous norks.

Agree0 Disagree0

You are so eating your hat. He has already agreed terms. 2 year contract. Signs when team get back from Portugal.

Why do Leeds need to sort out their finances. I'm not a fan of Pappa Smurf (Ken Bates) but he as got leeds back on a leval footing. Last year we turned a profit, all be it £15, but it's still a profit and a long way from the previous 3-4 years.

Also they have just made a multi-million pound investment on their East stand, (check the Leeds website) not sure Pappa would be doing that lightly.

Please stop posting rubbish, IF you got Soddy you would have to pay hell of a lot more than £1.5m

MOT
------------------------------------------------
Leeds United wont be signing anybody else, but Robert Snodgrass will still leave for £1.5m to Leicester City as the club looks to sort out it's finances.

Believable2 Unbelievable1

£15 profit and Bates is expected to live the life of Hugh Heffner for that? Very funny.

Snoddy will leave for around £2.5m.

Leeds United wont be signing anybody else, but Robert Snodgrass will still leave for £1.5m to Leicester City as the club looks to sort out it's finances.

Thats laughable as leeds rejected 3.5m from norwich weeks ago why would they then accept 1.5m from leicester? I guess leicester are signing tevez aswell lol

Believable1 Unbelievable6

IT'S A RUMOUR SITE you dimwitted primate, and this is the BANTER page. Do you understand the concept or are so so desperate that you've missed the point completely?

Leeds are such a massive club that their fans have gone into meltdown at the thought of one of their heroes leaving. I'm going to piss myself if this turns out to be true, i really hope it is because they'd be nothing but tumbleweed coming from Leeds after that, their silly billy fans might stop banging on about Alan Smith and the 70's (we were good once)

Agree1 Disagree7

Yes it's BANTER muppet, not a site that you just insult any other teams fans on, leeds are a bigger club than leicester, please if you don't have the knowledge or intelligence stay off the site and stop wasting everyones time. fool. {Ed045's Note - Leeds do not have financial problems, and have slapped an 8million price tag on Snodgrass, I can't see £1.5m from a rival side getting Leeds into a frenzy

Agree5 Disagree1

Well said ed, pipe down leicester muppets

Agree3 Disagree1

I think the Leeds Ed needs to read the rumours page if he doesn't think his little mates are having hissy fits over the suggestions of Snodgrass leaving on the cheap.

Leeds used to be a big, succesful club. These days they're lucky to be in the championship, have no money and a chairman who's more interested in lining his pockets than winning anything. Back to Div One for you clowns, toodles.

Oh, and Snodgrass to Leicester for £1.5m is a dead cert - FACT

Agree0 Disagree4

Snoddy going for 1.5, dream on and get your FACTs right. lol what a fool.

Agree3 Disagree0

The only one having a hissy fit is you miss. lol. mot

Agree2 Disagree0

We'll see small girl, you're gonna look ever so silly when he wanders off to Leicester for next to nothing. Remember the 70's and you'll be fine.

Agree0 Disagree3

Small girl damn you're hard Snoddy won't join you and yes I remember the 70's but I doubt you can even remember 7pm as you must be drunk. lol

Agree2 Disagree0

Not a ball kicked yet and Leicester are the self appointed champions, you're making yourself sound stupid miss.
Put your head back in your crisps. lol

Agree2 Disagree0

Poor leicester supporters, they're having a few big mouth muppets letting them down.

Leicester City have joined West Brom and Wolves in the hunt for Robbie Keane and our bottomless pit of money means we'll probably sign him too.
------------
Leicester can have him, we don't want a dingle at The Hawthorns

Believable1 Unbelievable0

I doubt this somehow. Mostly because City don't have a bottomless pit of money but also because Keane hasn't been mentioned once so it's either the best kept secret ever (until now) or it's total guff and i know which my money is on.

Agree0 Disagree0

Leicester are now the biggest club in the world according to their fans, deluded springs to mind.

Agree3 Disagree0

The fan above you doesn't think they're the biggest club in the world, so that just makes you a jealous girl, calm down love.

Agree0 Disagree0

Two years ago, Leicester City didn't have any fans. All into cricket. Talk about climbing out of the woodwork.

Agree1 Disagree0

I agree they seem to think that a couple of average signings will make them the champions of Europe. They are a mid table team, that may get in the top 6 next season. Dream on you muppets.

Agree1 Disagree0

Leicester have always had good support, look at the stats, i suppose your a league 1 leeds as*ehole

Agree0 Disagree0

I'm a Leicester fan and i absolutely LOVE this hatred and jealousy If people wern't insulting us it would mean they're not bothered about us but the fact that they just can't help themselves means that the new look Leicester side is scaring them all. The only Championship side out there who can cause us real problems is West Ham, the likes of Forest, Leeds and Brighton are just kidding themselves and they know it.

No-one likes us... and i love it Kepp on hating you haters, it means we're doing something right.

Agree0 Disagree1

Southampton will turn you over twice me thinks...

Agree2 Disagree0

Let's see shall we

Agree0 Disagree0

I know my stuff when it comes to football and I can safely say the Championship will be won by Brighton & Hove Albion.

Agree1 Disagree2

Talk about contradiction - know your stuff about football, and BHA will win the championship...ha ha ha

Agree0 Disagree1

I agree Brighton will win Championship hands down. Have you not seen who they have signed? Id lay a couple of hundred quid on them to win the league and be extremely confident of a return

Agree0 Disagree0

Put your money where you mouth is then, go to the bookies, make the bet and post a pic of the slip.

Agree0 Disagree0

But you haven't got the bottle to, leicester will p*ss it , be a surprise if you are in the top half come next may brighton dreamer

Leicester won't win a thing, keep buying the crisps mate when there's a comp on , that's your only hope.sad foxes

Liverpool need 3 quality signings a LB, CB and CF
In
Cissohko £10 Million
Cahill £15 Million
Anyone decent and happy to sit on the bench, this would be our third in priority signing. Possibly Jefferson £6 million.

Also need to free up soem wages by shifting deadweight

Out
Jovanovic Free
Cole £2 million
Pouslen £1.5 million
Aquilani £8 million or loan, depsite Henry saying he has future, may decide 8 CM's is enough for us
Shelvey loan
Bruna and ince to blackpool.
Brad Jones £2 million

Believable0 Unbelievable2

You have more deadwood than the Forest of Dean mate. How many more players would you like? You have some quality, expensive deadwood to sit on the bench What a dreamer.

he ed's i just want to put foreward my opinion and to also ask for your opinions on a few things.

firstly i was only able to watch the highlights of the friendly's so far so i cant get a proper insight into how well the players played, but from what i saw insua has played fairly well. aquilani has been very good and been dictating the game from the middle.

with regards to the U20's, do you think the reason kenny has taken out robinson and wisdom is because he wants them in the first team squad?

with the likes of degen, el zhar, jones, soto, jovanovic, cole, ngog, poulsen, maxi, pacheco do you believe that we are looking to get all these off our wage bill.
from what ive heard cole 90,000/ jovanovic 70,000/ degen 50,000/ maxi 70,000/ if we got rid of all these then that would be good as it would clear the way for some more additions however with the idea that we are now only being able to spend from sales i am skeptical on whether any of these will make a decent return. however i do believe that even though raul was PFA fans player of the year i do think that he does quite often drift in and out of games and doesnt consistantly perform well and i in my honest opinion i would prefer to keep aquilani over him. as from what i have heard inter are keen on him for around 12.5m which would be a nice addition to potential funds.

do you think that we are trying to get in a back-up striker or are we going to use one of Ngog or Pacheco?

i would love to see cissokho at liverpool as i think that he would be a great addition to the team however we are well away from completing any deal.

sorry for the long post/ramble but i hope it interest you

The Southern Red {Ed002's Note - You really need to go and read the Liverpool page where much of this is discussed. I suspect a striker will come in and it could be someone like Park Chu Young. Perhaps someone like Scott Dann and then see what else is needed once others are gone. I am not going to try and second guess why the manager does anything.}

Tottenham

With luka modric begging for a move, spurs will have to start looking for a replacement. Scott Parker or James Milner are possibilities, Tim Cahill or Arteta too. Also, spurs need a new front line, if they get rid of Defoe and Crouch. Hugo Rodallega, Gabriel Agbonlahor or Daniel Sturridge are players worth looking at, and also Iva Olic/Mario Gomez, and Diego Forlan are possible targets

Believable2 Unbelievable1

Modric can begger off. Redknapp has said today Parker is too expensive as is Forlan. So where does that leave your little plan.

Agree1 Disagree0

Parker would be a great signing for spurs but not as a direct replacement for Modric. As for Forlan wrong side of 30

As for Sturridge i know a friend of the family and he is determined to prove himself at chelsea.....

Brighton have DEFINATELY touch the nerve.

Agree2 Disagree1

I know a lot about football and my predictions are not often wrong, and I Totally agree, as non Brighton fan I would have to say they are a team for the future. It will be a very very long time untill Crystal Palace can compete with them. By that time I can see Brighton a dominant European team. Good luck Brighton, may your ambitions come reality.

Exeter City are in talks with Middlesbroughs Jonathan Franks.

when were sunderland in europe or even finish in the top half of the prem. Villa had one of the worst seasons last year over the last decade but we still managed to finish higher than sunderland. Villa have got history and silverware from the past we are a bigger club than the other midlands clubs and sunderland are just constantly over shadowed by newcastle anyway so how can sunderland be a bigger club than villa? Haha doubt it very much u crazy mackems...

Believable4 Unbelievable1

Ye hit the nail on the head there villa have history thats all, last team in midlands to win anything birmingham, and although relegated birmingham will be in europe next season not villa and although ye have to go back in history for sunderland and newcastle out of the two last team to win anything sunderland last team to win fa cup sunderland and the league sunderland so on recent trophies won birmingham top in midlands and sunderland top in north east crazy mackem

Agree3 Disagree1

sneijder is stalling over a move to old trafford and a host of other players are concidering leaving the premier league due to the tax burden on top earners.

he is on a £190.000 a week at milan he would have to earn £30.000 more in england just to be on the same wages but if he moved to france he could still take home the same money as he is on now but there tax is only 25% for top earners lot of players are thinking of going to france and a few of the top teams have had real money put into the clubs the aim is to get the french league up to the standard of italy spain germany and england they might just do it as well given a few years

whos trying to buy the league now? liverpool always said chelsea were

Believable2 Unbelievable1

Do you really think the 100 million liverpool has spent will win them the league ? lets compare , carroll or hernandez? downing or young? adam or nasri? adam or modric? adam or sneijder? i know which players id prefer, liverpool are indeed spending big , but doesnt have the quality to win the league , only too compete and try to break into the top 4 is the aim, if king kenny can get them playing well as a team, then no matter how much quality as individuals they lack, i give them a chance of a top 4 finish, arsenal are in a spot of trouble, chelsea's squad is old and seen better days, mancini is not the man to lead city, and their team is full of over priced players, man utd have less experience and havent sorted out their midfield yet, so anything is possible.

Agree1 Disagree5

I think Liverpool have EXACTLY what it takes to win trophies this season.........the main criteria you need to win things is desire and willing to win, and that is EXACTLY what Liverpool have prescribed for its old and new players. If you can play in the premier league in any capacity, it means you have quality, it is then up to the Manager and plaers around you to bring the best of that quality out Liverpool will surprise alot of its critics this campaign.............believe me.

Cheers

Agree2 Disagree7

One word SUAREZ. tore united apart and everyone else he played against, hernandez u should compare to suarez, guna top the goalscoring charts nxt season , player of month for every month etc one word SUAREZ
