just like to say good luck to portsmouth i am a rangers fan and together we can get both our clubs back on top

Like many other clubs, these two historic clubs will come through Administration and begin to move forward again. The fans take the pain rather than those that have not served the club as they should, but ultimately, the fans of these two clubs are loyal and will get them through anything.

Only reason the club is back in Admin is that the Administrator did not do his job properly. He set Pompey to pay back more than 20p in the pound, Palace were in Admin at the same time and paid 1p in the pound.

Should have paid 99p in the pound cheats and robbers

The only way I can see a that a Scottish team could get anywhere near the Prem would be to do what Milton Keynes did with Wimbledon and the way Portsmouth are going I'm a little surprised it hasn't been looked at (however horrific that sounds). By saying this I'm not believing it will happen, agreeing with the ethical points raised (it was one of the saddest, if not the saddest day when Wimbledon were stolen from us all) or condoning it in any way just raising a point, personally the only possible way I think that a Scottish team might get into the league would be to enter the lowest league and get promoted, but I seriously doubt that would amount to anything anyway!!
