Swindon's chairman replaced did he resign or was he pushed. This will no doubt upset Dicanio and in a way force him out of the club,Swindon Fans are split some like his style of management and some hate it.
Dicanio will find it hard to get another club like Swindon who virtually gave him an open cheque book.
Now that the Embargo is still in place Dicanio is set to leave.
New manager in line Steve Cotrill is favourite .
Embargo will be removed by end of the month
So yet another sad day for Swindon.

HA Cotterill.....no one has even mentioned that Dicanio WILL LEAVE...certainly not the club or PDC himself,so there HAS NOT been any names mentioned at this point should he decide to move on....try writing a book...you certainly have the imagination.

Swindon Town's Chairman Jeremy Wray has been replaced with Sir William Patey, former British Ambassador to Iraq, Sudan, Afghanistan and Saudi Arabia, also a non executive member if HSBC's middle Eastern board. Despite other rumours on here there has been NO news on PDC being allowed to talk to anyone YET. It is very likely that this move is not just for additional investment, there is a good chance that Sir William will over see the sale of Swindon Town Football club to a oil rich Saudi Arabian consortium or family. Sir William has both extensive contacts and close friendships with many such people.

100% spot on. Sir William has commented he is to help can further investers but it would make more sense if he is there to help sell the club to a Middle East Group, possibly a Suadi Arabian group.
