So Chelsea scrape through last night and now they are great? Let's not forget, they ONLY beat Napoli, who have an abysmal European away record. Big deal. English Premiership = weak. Fact.

Ice man {Ed025's Note - its still the strongest in the world mate...la liga may have the best 2 teams in europe...but the rest of the league is crap, at least the prem has strength in depth..

Only 2 teams?
Bilbao destroyed man u and they are 4th/5th best team in Spain.
Just pace and power (premier league) is no longer good enough.
No wonder our national team is so bad

Just wondering if the Chelsea fans cringe and squirm with embarrassment, when they see Drogba rolling around the floor when an opponent breathes on him, or if someone gives him a dirty look. This guy is a disgrace to football - this type of action is bringing the English Game into disrepute.
Since diving, play-acting is the topic, honourable mentions to Luis Suarez, Charlie Adam, Steven Gerrard, Danny Welbeck, Wayne Rooney, Nani, Ashey Young, Andy Johnston.
In 10/15 years when their kids are growing up, they'll be interested in their fathers being Premier League footballers. They'll watch old matches of them and wonder why my daddy is flopping over and rolling around the pitch and why everyone is shouting abuse at him. "Daddy was there a sniper in the crowd there, is that what caused you to act like you were shot?"
... "no son, your daddy was a cheat and a diver, i am taking you out of school because the other kids are picking on you for your daddy being a disgusting diver and a cheat with no morals"
P.S. going through in the CL last night means Chelsea will finish 5th in the league. Your squad can't cope with f.a. cup, league and CL. Just saying... bye bye x

Extract of DD personal life:

Drogba announced he would be donating the £3 million signing on fee for his endorsement of Pepsi for the construction of a hospital in his hometown of Abidjan. This work was done through Drogba's recently created "Didier Drogba Foundation" and Chelsea announced they too would donate the fee for the deal toward the Foundation's project. Drogba decided on building the hospital after a recent trip to the Ivorian capital's other hospitals, saying "...I decided the Foundation's first project should be to build and fund a hospital giving people basic healthcare and a chance just to stay alive."

Something I think his kids will be proud of, diving happens week in week out, I'm sure you've jumped up from your sofa/stadium seat in protest to the ref for a penner or freekick - makes you just as bad don't you think?

I am disgusted at the play acting of Drogba. Something should be done about it. It is shameful that play actors like Drogba and Tiote against Sunderland get away with blatant cheating and trying to get opposing players sent off.

That bloke at leeds as well, bechio, i think thats how you spell his name, he's good at play acting rolls around like a big girls blouse but then again he plays for the bellenders {Ed025's Note - if your looking for a diver.... look no further than louis suarez!...he would give tom daley a run for his money!

Wolves board are so dismayed about
the response from home based managers that they are beginning to look abroad for TC
replacement and are currently looking
at options in the French leagues to see
who may be suitable candidates.

Well, I'm not a Chelsea fan at all, but i'm still glad that they got through. For the sake of Enlgish football and the Premier League, going to the final stages are important.

Also, I think England can do a fine job at Poland & Ukraine, escpecially with a fresh new manager.
