We're not saying he's worth that - that's just a figure that's been mentioned to stop any interest from other teams

If he was still at Wolves, their fans would value him at £10M+

With Warnock saying he wants to stay and the takeover/investment deal imminent, Leeds will sign Paddy Kenny and Lee Peltier in the coming 2 weeks, also, after that deals will follow for Paul Green, Nathan Delfouneso (loan), Matt Kilgallon, Greg Halford, Luke Varney with Dominic Poleon and Monty Gimpel in and around the team. Both good young prospects!

Re Smithy to MK permanently - his girlfriend is based in Surrey, not Woburn, but yes he does have a house in Woburn. As for the Leeds link well he's on holiday for next few weeks so doubt he will consider any offers further until he returns.
Nowt on the MK site as yet but people I've spoken on twitter to seemed to think it was "likely" he was signing for them, although there was some interest elsewhere, talks are ongoing, so I don't expect Smith to rush anything through until he's back from holidays. I'm not his friend I'm just a fan who's followed his career and just making an observation. So don't shoot me LOL!

There IS NO Leeds link,apart from hero worshippers like you,the time he could make a contribution to us is long gone,hes league one level at best now,so give it a rest.

LOL. Everton have the least budget in the premier league, they have no money, and the cannot buy players, only loan, and he still gets them into Europe, David Moyes is one of the greatest managers in England. Give him money, he will get you into the champions league, no questions asked.
