Toon seem to be making a move, two look to be on way but still need to sign CD and another forward. Keep Tiote, Sissoko and give Cabella licence to roam. and that would explain why no move for Cabaye

Boro in Derbyshire. Who exactly are you close to that could possibly have any knowledge of who Boro are looking to bring in? These are rumours already doing the rounds. Kalas never signed by the end of the week either. Do the Eds have any insight as to who might be being looked at that we haven't already heard about?

Downing AND Stuani are on Teeside today to talk personal terms ahead of a double signing.
Downing deal is close and West Ham have allowed the player to talk to Middlesbrough whilst a payment plan is negotiated with a 6.5m overall fee agreed, West Ham want a 4m fee upfront.
Stuani on the other hand flew into Teesside last night after Espanyol accepted a £2, 500,000 offer from Middlesbrough.
The club are hopeful that both players could sign before the squad fly out to Marbella on Monday.
